This company advertised a free trial of the acai-aslim product requiring only payment of shipping. They then proceeded to bill a monthly payment of $79.95 for ongoing product shipment. They also billed $29.95 per month for a membership fee to Fit Factory.
There was no indiction that there would be additional charges on the initial order. I only found this out by the addtional charges that showed to my credit card later in the month. I then saw under the "terms" at the bottom of the website screen what I had agreed to.
This is deceitful of the company to not warn the consumer of the ongoing charges.
Since the company doesn't answer the phone number listed on their website, I was forced to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges.
This company needs to be required to warn customers of the ongoing charges.

i did not autherize anyone nor was i asked to order more they automaticly took 80.00 dollars out of my account that i want returned asap!!!

In addition to being charged almost $80 a month for these so-called diet pills unless you cancel within 14 days of your "free-trial", you will AUTOMATICALLY be enrolled in an online exercise program called FIT FACTORY. There is no way to order the Acai-aSlim without being enrolled in Fit Factory at $19.95 per month. Also, the phone number which appears on your bank statement for Fit Factory is not a working number so you can't really get through to them easily. You actually will have to go to the Fit Factory website to get their working phone number. Then when you finally reach them, they're very sorry you didn't read the fine print on the Acai-aSlim website which tells you that you'll be automatically enrolled in Fit Factory, and that you must contact them within the 14 day trial period of Acai-aSlim. They will not refund your $19.95 already billed to your credit card even though you weren't aware that you ordered a membership in Fit Factory. What a Scam!!!
