I got an email from this company saying they were going to charge my account by 8/16/2010. I called the Customer Service Number and it took me 4 times to get in and 1.5 hours. Twice they just hung up on me before they answered after I was on hold. I was told I have been charge for a long time for this service and I didn't even know it existed. I did finally get through and they told me they would send me a check in the mail and it could take up to 10-14 days. We will see it is 8/13/2010 and by 8/27/2010 I should have my check. I will send in my results. Wish me luck. It doesn't sound too hopeful. This was a very expensive venture I didn't even know I was in. Bewildered...
