I want to cancel this product and I cannot find a phone number. I want it to stop coming out of my account.

I order The Acai advanced free trial offer for the cost of the shipping and handling, I was told that I would have my order in about 4-5 buisness days, It has been almost 2 weeks since i placed my order and Acai company has charged my account, And I have not recieved my order yet, I have tried to call there customer service dept. and keep getting a recording of "Your call will be answered in order recieved" and no one comes on to take your call, I had waited for almost an Hour on the phone to talk to someone, to relize that no one was going to be there. Acai Advanced is a fraud and scam. I am really concidering contacting my lawyer and starting a class action multi million dollar civil lawsuit against them and who ever else is involved with these types of companys. There needs to be laws in place or something to protect us, the consumers, against these fraudulant companies. And WE, the CONSUMER, need to take a stand against this type of stuff.!
