Scam to send unauthorised products as a free trial but they charge and continue to send on regular basis
This company sends diet products as a free trial, but charges high prices if not returned and/or cnacelled in first 15 days. Not sure when 15 days commences for overseas customers - on posting or on receipt???? They continue to send more of the same products on regular basis and there is difficulty in getting through by phone to cancel. Have not found website again to cancel via this method. Am now posting cancellation.

Free trial Scam
This is advertised as a pop up on hotmail site as a free trial offer for the cost of the postage only. Apparently in the small print it states that you have agreed to a subscription to pay the full price if not returned within 15 days. After this time a charge of £72.70 + £2.14 for exchange is charged for each product.

This is a total scam and the so called 'subscription' agreement is well hidden. The 60 caps provided in the trial are not worth £72.

Money taken out of my bank account without my permission
I got free trial samples acai berry & Life cleanse ( distributed by a company VIV3 Ltd Unit 5 Mill Road Industrial estate, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 7QY ) paid for P&P £3.95 each this came out of my bank account 29th August 09 under the names of the mm-billitsecure.com +44 203139903 GB & Sm-Safetobill.com +44 203139905 GB as they appeared on my bank statement. It stated that I did not have to enter into getting anything else. I then checked my statement for Sept to Oct 09 and realised that money had been taken out of my account on 5th Oct 09 for the amount of £77.08 plus £1.50 service charge twice total of £157.16. This showed on my statement as Beauty Sculpt +358942415769 GB & Anti-age Access +390645230442 GB. I have not received any products only of the free trial samples which have not turned out to be free. I have contacted my bank and have cancelled my card & hope they cannot take any more out.

unathorised bank payment
I signed up for 15 day free trial of Acai berry and life cleanse with postage to be paid only. I checked my bank statement 2day and note 2 unauthorised payments of £ 77.08 each were taken from my account by this company. Upon phoning this company, they very rudely told me I signed up for this trial, it is a complete scam, my bank are looking into this for me.

Scam
As so many of the complaints received, I too was scammed into thinking that all I had to pay for was my 2 week trial post & packaging of £3.95 for each product. For me too it never worked. My sister googled the company and found all these complaints. I did call to cancel my order and was happy to return the items. I then called my credit card company at the end of the 15 day trial period to check if I had been debited, and I had. I advised them that no further payments should be taken from my account and we are opening a dispute case against them. I also called Viva3lab to request a refund and was told that their complaints department would email me. Let's see if they are true to their word. I won't hold my breath though. I hope that I am able to get my money back and I agree, surely there must be something that can be done, the fact that so many people have complained and been scammed should give ammunition enough to do something about these thieves.

Free trial scam & dishonest accounting practices
I ordered acai berry under a free trial offer of $3.95 shipping only. Then I was harassed on my cell phone for days by representatives also trying to get me to buy Life Cleanse detox pills with the enticement of a free Cancun vacation. I never agreed to purchase Life Cleanse. They already had my credit card number from the acai berry order, and a few days later, I saw where they had charged my bank account for both the acai berry free trial AND the Life Cleanse. About 3 weeks went by, and I never received either product. Calls to their 866 customer svc number either don't go through, or the one time I did get through, I got "disconnected" as soon as I told the rep I was unhappy and wanted to cancel any and all orders. Charges to my bank account under different company names (CleanseGold, LifeBerry). I finally found an e-mail they had sent me with a link to my order page and initiated a conversation with a rep via live chat. The company name this time was under FWM Labs or something like that. The agent insisted the products had been shipped to me, even after I explained I had contacted UPS with the tracking numbers and was told they were never given anything to ship to me. Agent agreed to extend "free trial" another 10 days. The VERY NEXT DAY, my bank account was charged $87.13 for another month's supply of Life Cleanse! Realizing I'd been scammed, I had to contact my bank, dispute the charges, and close my check card immediately to prevent further unauthorized charges to my bank account. Now I have to wait a week or more for my new check card to come in the mail and contact all the people I make automatic payments to for my bills to change my payment information. TOTAL PAIN. If you're reading this, save yourself the anxiety and hardship and DON'T ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE.

£150 charge on my debit card
Like many others I was drawn into this scam and like the others did not read the small print. You have just taken £150 out of my account which I can ill afford to lose. I was recently widowed and am also a pensioner - have you no shame. I shall be going to my bank tomorrow and will be cancelling this debit card and getting another one issued so no more money can be taken.

I telephoned this morning and cancelled this subscription, but I do not trust you to keep your word.

Credit Card Charged without authorization
I did not receive the product until Jan 22, 2009. My credit card was charged on Jan 23, 2009, $88.00. The order date was Jan 05, 2009. I was told that I was to have a 30 free trial with the promotion that I was given at the time instead of the usual two week trial. I had only had the product for one day when my credit card/bank account was charged. There was no information in the package that I received, just the bottle of Acai Berry Detox. No cancellation numbers or order information. I tried contacting 1.800.949.0138, but it is always busy. I did try 1.866.949.0138 which was not open, but their hours are 9 - 6 Eastern time or you can try their web support at www.mytrialsupport.com. This site tells you that they will contact you within 24 hours--it is not a true LIVE person that you will email with.
