I ordered the online "special" in August and as others have explained, the true details of the great rebate and all you pay is shipping are not visible at the beginning. I received my shipment and a few weeks later noticed my bank balance was about $200 less than what is should be. I checked and Nutrition Craze had deducted another payment for the second bottles, which I did not order and knew nothing about having to make another payment until I called to question. They told me I would be able to request my rebate after the second botttles payments cleared. I started the rebate process in October and at the beginning of November there was a post on my account with Nutrition Craze that they had sent me an email saying my rebate waa approved and should be credited to my account in 3-4 business days. The second week of November I had not received the rebate and I called again. I was told at that time the process might take up to a month. I questioned why they lied in their advertising and in the email and was told that they shouldn't have said 3-4 days. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told that was not possible. I waited the "billing cycle: and have still not received my rebate. I called again toay and was told the same thing again, it might take another billing cycle. This company is a fraud and all people concerned with it should be in jail. I don't know how anyone connected with a TV station could in good faith recommend a product from a company that rips off the public.

I ordered the acia berry tablets and colon cleanse from a website offering them for trial just at the cost of shipping/handling. Of course credit card information was exchanged. Long story short, they have charged my Visa over 250.00 for a shipment that came yesterday by post with additional charges of 11.60 each package. Thankfully my post office was aware of several people who were scammed with this and warned me to check my visa and to refuse the shipment which I did and that is when I found the charges. Unfortunately, I do not have a customer number as no invoice came with the original "free" tablets. My husband is now cancelling our cc so that no other charges will be able to be made on it...and is talking to them regarding cancellation of the charges. I have not tried to phone the company as I have heard of several episodes of being put on hold for up to an hour! I cannot afford an international call such as that. I have no email address to write to. Can anyone send it to me, so that I too can harrass this company for a refund?

Ordered trial sample and was not happy with results. When automatic order arrived returned both with details to that effect. Have since received further orders and also found credit card has been charged twice for first order sent.

Not happy with product or ethics of these companies

I have sent back 4 products under 1 return no. which was given to me by Althea. Now they are saying they will not give me credit for all 4 beacuse I only had one return Number. The company only gave me one no. I am deploying to Afghanistan soon and need to get this resolved.

I rec'd trial size bottles and just had to pay freight .. or so I thought...until I rec'd my credit card statement and called to complain and was told that since I did not call back in 2 weeks that I would be charged the full price...because the 2 weeks was my trial...not the bottle...where do I go to from here...it was a total of $125.90...
