I also was charged $29.95 and called and talked to someone, they refunded my $29.95 and supposedly cancelled account. Today they charged me $89.31 and I called again but now they can only refund my money after I receive the bottle of junk they are selling and I return it and get a tracking number. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they don't have supervisors there. The person I spoke to was LUSELLE, agent ID 23517, she wouldn't give me a phone number to call her back or give a supervisor name and number. I needed this money today and now I am out almost $90.00 bucks. She then said she would refund me the $89.31 but it would take 3-5 business days. I said okay, that would be by the 18th to 20th, that was when she hesitated and said yes. Then she said after I get the tracking number from returning the bottle. I said, you just told me that you would refund it as of today, taking 3-5 bus days. Then she said she had told me everything I needed to know and she had other customers to help. I then told her she hadn't helped me at all and I needed to speak to someone there who could authorize a refund as of today. I told her that last week I was refunded money because I spoke to Zachary and that it was being cancelled that time. But now I was charged again, this was not my fault. I will be reporting it to BBB after I get all the facts and I will be sending Fox and Oprah emails about the scams being pulled on innocent people. Why hasn't someone reported this to the TV and Newspapers yet, warming others about the scam.
LUSELLE told me that I had to wait for the bottle to get to my mailbox and then I would have to return it. I haven't gotten the bottle yet and the paperwork I have said it would be mailed within 4-6 days, that was on 10/25/08, so they have already broken their contract at this point. When I called on 11/5, they cancelled and refunded the first charge, so why do I have to do all of this to get my refund.
LUSELLE was rude to me and hung up on me! What kind of a company does this, only those who are trying to steal your money.
