Iordered the 14 day RISK FREE TRIAL! 2/10/09
Iwas supposed to only pay postage of £3.95 for one product and 0.95 for the other.
at no time noticed the terms and conditions!
received a confirmation receipt from site.
received products about 1 week later, started tablets but became sick so stopped taking them, then started with heomorroid! not nice at all!

on 21/10/09 £75.05 for each product= toatal £150.10 plus £1.50 bank charge for each product was taken from my bank account!!

I have cancelled the products, been given a cancellation number.
closed my bank account completely.
when i realised who had taken the money the bank have passed it over to the fraud dept to investigate.
when i contacted the global well being i got a very unhelpful agent who wasnt interested to listen to what i had to say.
all i got from her was a lecture about the terms and conditions!
I explained how the website is set up to sell- miss sell- the terms and conditions are tucked away at the very bottom of the page wher no one really looks!
I am totally disgusted with it all.
I am a single parent who cant afford this scam!
never again will i shop on line!

I only paid for a trial and you have gone into my credit card several time over and charged me over $500 I have only recieved the trial pack and do not want any more wasnt happy never ordered any more have not recieved and you have continued to take money out of my credit card

I accepted a trial offer for the Acai Berry and Life Cleanse for which they only were suppose to charge me the shipping. Apparently there is fine print that states if you do not cancel the order within 15 days, you will be charged for ongoing monthly supplies. This is absolutely outrageous - I just received my credit card statement and they have charged me $500+ for products that I have not received or wish to receive. I called customer service and they are all well scripted indicating that they can cancel future orders but they cannot refund what has already been charged.

I have called this company several times for charges on my credit card account that was not authorizes. They kept saying they would refund my credit card for the charges. I received one refund and we are still fighting over the last charge. Please beware of this company they will shaft you.

They are chrging me 87 dollars per each product. i dont know what to do. I need to cancel the order!!!

Where do I call? i ordered weeks ago and i still have not gotten anything. I have an overdraft in my bank account!!
