Rip Off
I ordered the 'free' trial. I cancelled the order but was not 'reminded' to send the product back. I was not aware that you had to return the product. Must have been in the fine print. Now they are telling me that for $80 they will close my account. This is the first time I received any correspondence from the company and it is their collection department. I have looked up this product again and see nothing in the ad about sending back the product. In fact they just keep changing the name to lure more people in. I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission (https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/FTC_Wizard.aspx?Lang=en) to submit complaints. I encourage everyone else to do the same.

Collections
I purchased a trial order of Acai Berry Breeze in Sept. 09. I cancelled any further orders within 1 week. I no longer have the cancellation confirmation because I deleted it after I no longer recieved any further charges on my credit card. The only charged was the shipment cost of trial order. Here it is 7 months later, and I recieve a collections letter from Tiburon. The person I spoke to was rude. I only know that the charge is 80 something dollars. I explained that I have never been billed nor contacted in any way. I have reported this to BBB. I have never been sent to collections for anything and refuse to let some low class company mark my credit. Even the collections letter is suspicious when it says purchase date was 09/24/09 and shipped date was 09/19/09. There is also no dollar amt on letter.

product not received/void
i placed a trial order from this company very long time ago, like say 4 months. i never received my order and i tried to even call them, they will always put me on unending hold each time i tried to call, and never returned my call. i had already forgotten everything abt them, just recently i received a bill of 133.95 dollars from the comapny, i tried to call them a gain, it took me three days trial to get to talk to someone in the office, i was trying to explain things he hung phone on me so rude. i called back after some hrs talk to another one that threatened me of submitting my name to collection agency. does that happen, unbeleivable. Together let us right complain against this company, they cant be rippin customers so easy and go free.

wrongful charge
I purchased the Acai Berry Breeze last summer (2009). I received the charge on my account after 14 days and called to cancel any further charges or shipments on the product. I received a letter dated march 4, 2010 stating that I owe $113.97 because they were unable to charge my credit card. I have called 3 times (first time was caller #27, then #23, then #22) only to be dropped from the call when I get to caller #2. This is ridiculous. I do not owe these charges. I never received any more of the product and I paid for the first shipment once it was charged to my credit card.

A "past due" claim of $132.95 whic I do not owe
I ordered Acai Berry Breeze on line to try & lose weight. The product made me feel nauseated & nervous. I called to cancel within th 14 day trial period. last August, 2009. I spoke to a person who said they would do so. Several weeks later I saw a charge of $89.oo on my credit card. I called to cancel the payment. I also called HealthyOnlineServices & told them to cancel my order. Again, someone on the phone said they would take care of it. Then, om March 8th, 2010, I recieved a letter saying I owed the company $133.95. I called the company again & got a supposed supervisor named Sam at extension 173031160. He claims that he has only one call from me documented & it was past the 14 day trial period. The letter is treatening & it claims they will send this bill to collections. He claims he took the charge away but I don't believe him. What should I do next??!!

billed for something I did not order or get
After receiving a charge on my credit card from this company back in August 2009, I called
my credit card company, since I had no idea who this company was, what their product was and had not received any such item.
They advised me to contact that company at their phone number listed with the charge. I spent days trying
to reach someone at this number without success. Their website simply states to call them at the number I had been trying to call them at.
So I called my credit card company back and they sent me a letter/complaint to fill out and mail back to them, which I did and the charges were taken off of my bill. The credit card company sent me a letter stating
that they too were unable to reach anyone or get a response back from this company.
Now, 7 months later, I get a letter in the mail stating that I owe them 133.95. So I called them at the listed phone number and this time a real person answered. I explained to him that I did not receive or order any such product. He was arrogant and demanding that I pay or it will show on my credit report and be turned over to a collection agency.
THIS COMPANY/PEOPLE ARE APPARENTLY OUT THERE TO JUST RIP PEOPLE OFF!

charging past free trial
Company waits 7 months after free trial to send me a letter stating they never received unused product back and are now trying to collect money from me. I cancelled trial within 14 days and sent back unused product. I kept receipts for several months. But when I hadn't heard anything from them, I assumed everything was taken care of. I no longer have any receipts or any proof I sent it back. It's convenient the company waits that long to contact you.

Very similar issue as complaint registered by the Arizona individual; I never received product! I had completely forgotten about it until recently in receipt of a collection letter for $133.95!!! I don't even recall when I took advantage of the introductory offer. Totally forgot all about it since I never received anything.
And they have the nerve to threaten me with a third party collection agency. Unbelievable!!

tried to cancel
We sent back two bottles ofacai berry breeze and canceled or order. Wdid not receive any futher shipments but we got a bill for $133.95. Account # 34242. I called a bout the bill and the person I talked to said he could lower our bill to $40.00 . I told him that was not acceptable and toget a supervisor. He hung up the phonne, and when I tried to call b ack they would not accept my call. I could not even get back to the recorded messahe. It was like they blocked my phone #. Wdhat do I do next?
