Unauthorized charges
Got took just like everyone else-called them up to cancel-some guy said ok-do nothing...Now I have a 79.00 charge on my card-finally got ahold of someone and they said I did not cancel in time-I still have the cost-I am going to file complaint like the fella did with the postal service--we just got screwed...hope someone will do what i did not do and research instead of trusting someone... unauthorized charges
I ordered (from the web) a free trial size bottle of Acai Berry.
Ad stated just pay postage no additional charge.
I received the product..incidentally it didn't agree with me...and
I was charged for the postage...this was in early November 2009.
Then I received my cc December statement and there were two
charges for products that I did not order or authorize
1) Resuperpure @ 83.95 and 1) fastdieting @88.90. Note neither
of these products were Acai Berry...the statement included a 877
number for each of these charges 877-2547861. I called this number repeatedly before I finally got an answer and was told that
I had no choice but to pay...obviously I put up a "fuss" about this and
was told they would immediately credit me for the 88.90 but that
I must pay the 83.95...I contacted my cc company, cancelled my
card . Bank of America told me that I needed to contact Acai Berry that I should have "read the small print". So much for cc support (Bank of America business account).
This was several weeks ago and no credit from Acai Berry. So
now what to do. My bank won't support me on this and if I don't
pay the charged amount I will be in arrears on my cc acount
and end up being charged interest.
This is a scam and beware of this.

charges thout authorization
I was charged $8800 for something I did not order. I was shipped a FREE sample & evidently in small print they could continue to ship products to you withou permission & debit your account. When you try to call them you never can talk to anyone. It disconnects just before connecting. This is a TOTAL SCAM on a product that doesn't work just like the snake oil of old. I am trying to get in touch with the better business bureau in Scotsdale, Az. but they haven't returned my call.

Sent product, and did'nt want it.
Ordered sample product, and then they shipped another bottle wothout my permission and I don't
want this product. Now they want to bill my credit card. Can't cancel order on line like they said I could.

Charged for a cancelled item
The company said FREE 14 day trial - The day I received the product I cancelled it _ There was no trial or 14 days used - They charged the card anyway $83.95 - It appears they delayed shipping for this scam

Scam
Avoid ordering ANYTHING from this company. Product is not what they say. Also they claim to give a free trial bottle for payment of S & H but secretly (as fine print is buried in terms & conditions) they set you up to automatically receive their product every month for an inflated price ($89) & they also charge you for the free bottle 14 days after it ships! And they REFUSE to refund your money!

I had 14 days to see if product was "right for me" but did not receive it until the 15th day after ordering. As soon as I received it, I sent an email requesting to cancel and I mailed it right back. But even though their "terms" stated I had 30 days to return the product before I would be charged, I was charged over $83 on my credit card just 5 days after receiving the product. As soon as I saw the charge I emailed their support inbox and they replied with a refund denial.
I am going to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General's Office.
