I ordered this product that was advertised on AOL as a 10-day trial sample for $1.95 shipping. Three days later I received the sample. Two days later I received another shipment which must have been shipped the next day after the trial sample. They will not accept the product being returned for credit; my credit card company has denied their charge of $89.95 to my credit card as it was unauthorized. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!! IT'S BETTER TO BE A LITTLE LARGER THAN TO BE RIPPED OFF!!!

I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL PRODUCT ON 9/13/09 DIDN'T RECEIVE PRODUCT UNTIL 9/25/09. After reading the complaints on this product, I tried it for a day I really after reading the complaints I trust the products. I don't want to be billed for this free trial as the others were. I need to return the trial bottle. No info was sent along with product . The bottle that was sent was suppose to be a free trial bottle and only charge my card for shiiping and handling. The amount of 4.95 was taken out for s/h and nothing else need to be charged from my account. I even sent my email address and no confirmation # or anything was sent to me. Now I will call FTC if anything else is taken out of my account other than the 4.95 for s/h for the trial bottle. Let me know where to send back trial bottle. As of 9/15/2009 I have yet to receive the trial product, which is still deducted from my account. And also the 4 bottle additional of $127.00, which has not been refunded. No product was ever received. I contacted the business and was able to speak to someone whom stated the issue would take 3 to 5 working days for the refund to happen. It has not happened, and I am left with no products due to the cancellation, but never had my account credited for the money debited. The number for this company is 800-246-6750. It is a scam, and if I do not receive my account credited within the next 10 business days, I am going to an attorney.

I ordered the free trial bottle, which says risk free, my account was charged two charges of 80 dollars each, what a scam!!
