Charge not authorized
Order risk free trial, no paperwork received with product nor was there anything on website stating they would continue to charge.
Never received any additional product but was charged.
Tried to call with no sucess, was given e-mail address which was not valid.
They are ripping people off and need to be stopped.

Fraud - Scam
Complaint by Esther Yee
It said RICK FREE AND FREE TRIAL BOTTLE.
I emailed to them two week ago but never receive any respond. See below regarding my concern.
I did not open this bottle yet and I would like to return it back to you. I got a letter from my doctor stated that I got a fatty liver (result from Sonogram). I am afraid I might get an upset stomach after taking it. Please help and provide address to return this product.

Was told bottle was a free trial, just pay ship and handling ($4.95), but my account was deducted for over $80.00 for product.

SCAM
This company is such a scam. They offer you a free trial and you just pay $4.95 for shipping. Shortly after that asked for a manager and was refuse. I am now di I was charged $83.95 for this item. I called and the cust service rep said the $4.95 was for shipping only. 8.90 on my credit card. I called again and told them I cancelled and they would not credit me. Isputing the chage with my bank. We'll see what happens.
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND THEIR PRODUCT SUCKS!!!That is such BS, I wanted my money back and they refused. I cancelled and 2 weeks later another charge for $8

Scam - will keep charging credit card
This company is a scam!!!Not only is the product a scam, but they get your credit card information and then charge $83.00 or more for the product. Do not order this product. If you want this product, go to GNC.

I too purchased this product as a sample for only $4.95 shipping charge only. I did not see any additional fees nor did it state that it was a trial offer with an additional charge of $83.95 being billed to me later . I called the number and complained about the charge but was refused a refund. I was very upset, because I did read the disclaimer and didn't see any wording about being billed $83.95 later. This company has misslead many people and this is not the way to do business.

Money Scam
Authorized a 4.99 free trial, not knowing that I was signing up for a subscription that needed to be cancelled within 14 days. On the 14th day, when I saw the 'unauthorized debit' to my checking account, I called to find out the scoop, and was told the bad news. I had not even opened the bottles, and they would not take it back. They have a no return policy. But they were good enough to give me a discount from 84.62 they would only charge me 59.95 for the product [plus freight of course]. A very expensive mistake! Buyer Beware! Read the fine print. Do not get sucked into this on-line scam!

Dam legal Scam and Fraud of doing marketing a product.
to whom it may concern:
this a letter that iam sending to acai berry breeze.
me and my wife order the acai berry breeze trial offer for $4.95.
i was charged on my credit card for$83.95 on july 1oth 2009. by some type of scam and fraud that is suppose to be legal???? i called my credit card and cancel all charges from this outfit. i have called this suppose to be legal outfit (after trying for four days) and talked with someone in their office. i was told that i was to look under terms and conditions, it was leagal. after a long talk with this lady it was my guess that this was not their the first time. so i got on the enternet and went under ACAI BBERRY BREEZE COMPLAINTS. i now understand what the true story of this marketing company is all about.
we are sending back the remaining capsules (46). also sending the $4.95 for shipping that i agreed to pay.

shipment
I ordered the trial size. Just $4.95 worth a try right?
Doesn't work as stated and to top it off...low and behold an auto shipment
comes in my mail. It's been charged to my account and no one answers the number.
then, the recording gives an email address (which doesn't work). All the package insert
says is item is non refundable when shipped!
I didn't even know it was going to ship since I did not sign up for it.
I need to know how in the world I get my name off their mailing list so I don't
get any more shipments!
Any help is appreciated!

no answer when i call to cancel just wanted the trail sample now they keep on sendig it when they or not told to how do we get out of this. i have also sent a letter to cancel. i am tired of this mess.
