This company offers "free trial offers" of the Acai Berry Breeze and Colon Cleanse 3000, with you only paying $4.95 s/h. there is a 14 day trial period, that they actually start on the date of order, then delay the order so that by the time you get it, the "trial period" is over. they then begin charging $83.95 for each order, and it is almost impossible to stop. After spending nearly two weeks emailing several times a day and faxing them proof, they finally refunded the colon cleanse charge, and said they would the acai berry breeze, but never did. read the article in the current month AARP magazine that shows the AZ Attorney General Terry Goddard filed civil suit against a company going by the name CCN or CNN, and winning several million in fines/penalties. I finally filed a dispute with my bank (Chase) who knew immediately what was going on when I gave them the amount of the dispute. they have ways of getting the money back we don't. they refunded the money to my account, and I am also sending copies to the AZ attorney general, better business bureau, and to one of the local TV "ACTION" lines. make as much noise as possible, but utilize everything. this company needs to be put out of business. good luck, all.
