unauthorized charges to my credit card
I ordered a bottle of Acai Berry on the internet. It was supposed to be a free trial with only a .99 cent charge for shipping. over a week later my account was charge $86 and some odd change. This charge was not authorized and is totally unacceptable!

they rip you off
do not fall for the free trial of acai cleanse on the internet they rip people off they say they will only charge you $1.95 but they charge $40.95 for products you never ordered and then you have to fight with them and your bank to get your money back and if you do get it back the company blackballs you from ordering any acai berry products from any website the company should be truthful when i ordered my product i never got it after being told id recieve it in 2-3 days tops after fighting with the company ho told me i needed to return the product to get my money back also be warned that they put you on hold for 75 minutes when you call in to complain if the company and product is so great why is there so many complaints after being on hold 75 minutes they tell you it will be another 75 minutes the company does not state you will get pills and gum and the cleanse thats why its so expensive the deal you get is to sucker you in to buying it buyer beware find it in the health store or wait til comes to a store near you dont go online to order unless you want to get ripped off

I ordered a free trail offer of these pill, paid for the trail offer, next moth was billed twice for 130.97

unauthorized chargs after cancellation
I too tried this - I cancelled within the time (after receiving a trial) the company told me I had to so as NOT TO BE CHARGED FURTHER (21 days I recall). They continue to send it and just yesterday deducted $83.00 from my account.

Scam
I ordered the Acai Berry Cleanse - for $3.95 shipping... I decided not to try - have not opened and am trying to contact someone at the number... 866-949-0138...that shows up on my checking account...as I have been charged now $87.13 because they have sent another...I cannot get anyone tno answer the phone to cancel..find an address...to return or talk to anyone. I am afraid I may have gotten caught in a scam...

Refund
I am having the same problems as everyone else with this acai berry, I ordered the trial and didnt realize you had to cancel, by time I did get it canceled thier was about 5 charges and from different names, 2 from acai berry from cleanse -xberry, and acaielite, and naturalacaidetox. I contacted them and canceled but am still recieving charges, my credit card company took the charges off but now are putting them back on...how to I get this taken care of, I am unemployed and can't afford to pay these charges, and cant seem to get anyone to understand I only ordered the acai berry 1 time and then canceled, What should I do?

I order a free trial at a certain price and have been enroolled in a monthly payment plain I did not agree to and a totally different product.

I did not order any additional amounts of this product or authorize this company to keep sending me this product and billing my credit card. Please stop this immediately. Numerous attempts have been made to cancel without success.

have been trying for 5 months to cancel and have been getting a run-a-round the whole time
HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 5 MONTHS TO CANCEL THIS ORDER AND HAVE BEEN GETTING A RUN A ROUND AND STLLL HAVE THE MONEY COMING OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND STILL RECEIVING THE USELESS PRODUCT

FRAUD - Unwilling to issue my refund
I requested a free trial of the product, Acai Berry Cleanse, from FWM Laboratories. I authorized the "shipping and handling" charge. A week later I had another $40.00 come out of my account. I did not authorize this charge. I called FWM Laboratories and cancelled the order they said they had open for me. I got a confirmation number and was told my refund would be processed. It has been 4 weeks, 3 phone calls and I still haven't received my money. I keep getting the run around from the people I get connected with at the company. They will not give me a number for the refund department and will not give me the mailing address so I can issue a letter refund request. I would like for a thorough investigation to be taken on this company. As I see many of the same complaints, I feel a lot of people, myself included, are being taken for their money.
