SCAM
Febuary 13, 2009 I called 1-866-407-1022 to order the Acai-Berry Cleanse. And while I was still online after ordering. I notice it was another website with Acai-Berry cleanse scams. So, what I did was called and told them to cancel my order. In the meantime my husband and I get our bank statement and it was overdrawn. These people took the money out of our account anyway and I never recieved the product. It was for the fifteen day trial for $4.95. I think that with the economy being the way it is that people of this nature should be hung by there toenails upside down for doing this to the American public. I am going to file a complaint with the BBB and the States Attorney's office regarding this matter. On our bank statement it's $221.94 overdrawn. I'm not paying a dime of this !!!

unatherized charges on my debit account
I order a free sample for $5.95, my account was debited for the $5.95 then $88.62. When I try to reach the company at 866-949-0138 all I get in a recording that all operators are busy and to hold. I stayed on hold for 30 minutes before hanging up. How can I prevent these crooks from charging my account again? I am writing the BBB and notifying my bank.

poor customer service
Horrible customer service. I did a trial. They kept sending me products charging my cc. Their customer service agents were so heavily accented that I couldn't understand them. It took me 3 calls and I think I maybe stopped the billing now. Definately not a company for which I will do business with again. By the way - their logo line says "hassle free, guaranteed!!!" Scary.

unauthorized charge
I ordered the acai berry cleanse. (FREE TRIAL) NO obligation to purchase anything else. Did not say anything about sending another order AT THAT TIME. All I needed to do was pay shipping and handling . Then when I called right away to stop this the number would not go through. It disconnected everytime. Before I could get to my bank another authorization has been added. I did not even get a 30 trial to see if I wanted to purchase the acai berry cleanse. I want the charges to stop and my money returned.

Un able to cancel
I have been unable to reach the company by phone. A number was included in the trial package. I called to say that I didn't want to receive any more product. The answers I got when calling this number repeatedly was "All circuits are busy now. Please try again later." or "The mail box is full." I don't want to be charged for a product that I properly tried to cancel

UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES
I ORDERED A 3.95 30 DAY TRIAL OF ACAI BERRY CLEANSE AND LIFE CLEANSE. I RECEIVED BOTH PRODUCTS 7-10 DAYS AFTER I ORDERED THEM. IN THE BOTTLE OF LIFE CLEANSE THERE WAS NO INFORMATION AT ALL IN THE BOTTLE OF ACAI BERRY CLEANSE THEY LISTED A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CALL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS OR WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE. I RECEIVED ON MY ACCOUNT MAYBE A WEEK AFTER I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT TWO CHARGES OF 87.13 AFTER I CONTACTED MY BANK AND TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE UNAUTHORIZED THEY PUT ONE OF THE CHARGES BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ONLY TO FIND OUT A FEW DAYS LATER THE COMPANY TOOK THE MONEY BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. NOW I HAVE FILED A CLAIM WITH MY BANK AND THEY PUT THE MONEY BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT IF MY CLAIM WAS DENIED THEY WOULD HAVE TO TAKE THE MONEY BACK OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WHICH IS UNDERSTANDABLE BUT THE COMPANY HAS NOWAY FOR ANYONE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THEM. I HAVE CALLED BOTH NUMBERS THAT I HAVE FOUND ONLINE AND NEITHER OF THEM WORK. ONE GOES STRAIGHT TO A FULL VOICEMAIL BOX AND THE OTHER JUST LEAVES YOU ON HOLD FOREVER. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW I CAN GET INTOUCH WITH THE COMPANY SO THAT I CAN UNSUBSCRIBE AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP

charged for a product that was a trial product that was supposed to be a shipping fee.
this site offers a free 14 day trial of thier product for a shipping fee of 3.95. It states that your account will be charged 87.13 each month after 14 days of the original order. I placed the order on 12/21/08 and my account was charged 87.13 on 12/22/08. I never recieved the product. I contacted the company( # 866-949-0138) and spoke to Kate Henson who tried to justify the charge & had no information as to why I never recieved the product. I informed her that I no longer wanted the product and demanded the charges be removed from my account. I was given a cencellation # 86808 & was told I would recieve an e-mail with a conformation of the removal of the charge from my account. The company address is as follows:

No Customer Service Response
Trying to call the customer service number on a packing slip to cancel this "free trial". Charge of 84 dollars was listed on my credit card. Have let this number ring 15 - 20 minutes and no answers.

Unauthorized charge
I ordered a free trial and was billed and sent another package of this product. I have not opened the package, as I am returning it to the company unopened. I understand from other complaints, that the price charged is anywhere between $78-$88 . This is an illegal practice in my eyes. My simple solution is to cancel my credit card and have another one re-issued with different numbers. This company is deceitful and greedy!

Fraud
I recently purchased a free trial of acai berry slim, or so I thought, but I was sent acai berry cleanse. Two weeks later my debit card was charged 87.53 I did not cancel because there was not a number sent to reach them at. My bank just gave me a number of 866-695-4772. I find it interesting to see on my transaction history Sleep Once Again listed instead of FWM laboratories. I hope I get my money back. I was given a cancellation number. What a lousy time to screw around with people. During the holidays. I have lost so much money to scam artists and never got any of it back.
