I wanted to try the Acai Berry Detox and paid the $3.95 shipping, I have never recieved the product plus they have charge my credit card another 87.13!!! I am trying to get my money back.
This is a letter i sent to one of their spokepersons:

My daughter who has gained alot of weight with her pregnancies seen the product -- ACAI BERRY DETOX and saw in the ad it was voted #1 on the oprah show. My daughter read the information she got but it was not as stated.1. did not send a email stating shipment date2. by the time they shipped it and we received it she had no time. she read 30 day free trial and when i showed this ad to others that is the way they read it. I told her to use my card and she said she was not going to email them back to order more. Maybe we were all to stupid to beieve in this. I called the company when I saw they took a second debit amount for $87.13 without authorization. The woman told me once we authorized it once it is now at their discretion to debit when they feel neccessary. How many others are in my shoes? If this had be sent to me in black and white to read I would of stopped it. they are hard to understand when you talk to them and they talk to me like i was stupid.Do you really advertising for people who have so little understanding.Maybe you shoulkd check out their ethics. After a search I have read where people have been scammed by them.
