Well on Setpember 28th I decided to try the free trial of the Acai Berry, and the Col-nX, well on the 29th I received a phone call about it, saying that they were excited for me to try the product, and that I should be receiving it on the 2nd of October. Then the lady asked me if I am the authorized user on credit card ending in xxxx (Which was mine) I said yes. Then she started going on and on about this other product that they wanted to send out a free 14 day trial, and I wasn't listening to well then heard 49.95$ and immediately said no I don't want anything other then the 30 day free trial of the Acai Berry for .99 and the 30 free trail of the Col-nX for 3.95$. Then she said oh we wont run your card, don't worry. I told her you better not touch any money off of my card. Then I let the weekend go by and get to work Monday the 5th and I see a charge for 49.95$ and this puts my account negative with an over drfat fee assesed. So I call this 1-877-233-4031 and ask them to please cancle my account that they have opened and to refund me for the charge that they have taken out that I SPECIFICALLY told them not to. So she said she cancled it and that the refund would be sent to my bank right away, and I would receive and e-mail conformation. So I wait 48hrs and on Oct 7th there is still no refund, or e-mail. So I am at this point done dealing with the company call my bank to dispute the charge. Submit the charge to the bank, and find out that on the 9th my claim was completed. So I call the claim department to see what was holding up the credit to my account since this was an unauthorized change and I shouldn't have to pay for it. She tells me that I need to call these 1800's and make sure everything is closed and I have cancelation numbers and that they have 2 weeks to get the product to me. So I call the 1800's again and imagine this my accounts were never cancled so I cancel them and get the cancelation numbers, and then the lady tells me that I can't have a frund until I receive the product, and then I have to pay to mail it back, and then they will refund me. This lady also told me that the product was sent out on the 5th of October which is funny because that was the 1st time that I called them to cancle the product and get a refund, but they sent it out any way. So now I have to pay because they sent something out that I didn't agree to. So at this point I am waiting for them to either send the product so I can send it back with tracking, or not to come, so my banki can procced wtih a frud suit against them. I wish I knew more because this seems like something that we can all get together and sue them for this hassel that they have caused, and the fraud that they are continueing!
