Also, to give you some hope, I have finally received all my money back from them. I constantly emailed them threatening legal proceedings. I also got in touch with Consumer Rights and various other legal groups concerning consumer rights [and I strongly suggest you do the same because the more people that complain about these scammers, the more likely they are to be put out of business]! I also suggest you contact your credit card company and ask them to investigate illegal withdrawals from this company...and they are illegal because they are using different company names to deduct money from your credit card! Seriously...this is ILLEGAL!!! My credit card company put a stop on my credit card and issued me with a new one. They then contacted the 'various companies' and queried these illegal withdrawals from my account. Then, as if by magic, I got a FULL REFUND!

Omg, I had the same thing happen to me; although, so far I have only lost 84.62 and whatever else I had paid for it to be shipped originally. I ordered it Aug 18, 2009 I didnt get it in the mail until Sept 5, or 6th of 2009, which is past their Bs 14 day claim. How would I know if I would like results when I havent even recieved it yet to try it? I lost it when I found the money missing from my card last night. I called got a RMA number and its on its way back to Florida. Supposedly, I will hear in email from the refund department within 2 days of their recieving it, and then the money will be back on my card within 5 days. Well, then I go to the mailbox and here comes bottle number two, this time its the colon cleanse 3000 now this ones dated 8-28-2009 but its 9-11-2009 and well this jerk informs me I should have been charged but I havent as of yet (already checked with card company and only the Acai berry Detox from Wellnesslab ( ithink was the name, I cancelled the card so I have to wait for new one) I tell him I am sending it back unopened etc and they wont be charging anything on my card because that card doesnt exist any longer. He said, " I had 14 days to cancel if I didnt think it was for me or like it, but again if I just got it in the mail today on 9/11/2009 how could i know what results I would have by taking it out of the mailbox? I just got it, I was already in the canceling the card process, which as of today neither company will get any more money from me. So I am mailing Acai berry Detox back to 3007 Greene Street hollywood Florida with the Rma number and I will see if my funds get sent back to my card or not. I was concerned could they find out my new card info from the return funds but fortunately my debit card company couldnt stop a merchant from charging my card but they could stop any charges from occuring if the merchant is billing a card that doesnt exist. Gosh, all over me trying to lose a few pounds something I will do it but not by being so stressed over being robbed by these companies that I cant eat.
