I too got taken by this company it is a complete scam, they sent me free bottles thne billed me foe each 6.92 which was for shipping that was fine but I did not see anywhere to cancel within 15 days I stopped taking this product they both made me sick, 20 days later i got another shipment called right away to cancel and get refund got the round around emailed them 5 times abck and forth for a week!!!sent them nasty email finally they agreed to refund me only fot 2 bottles but they still billed me last month for 2 bottles at 131 dollars each bottle!!!this is outrangeous for this stuff is a bunch of crap so as of now they took almost 500 dollars off my credit card!!!will call the credit card tomorrow can;t believe I got taken for this first and last time I order on internet hopefully I get at least half my money back like they promised but don;t believe them, don;t know what else to do can;t afford 500 dollars for this rip off, so everyone be warned and they don;t even have a web site to contact them and all the charges on my card are all different companies even one from SINGAPORE!so be very careful if anyone has advice would like to hear from them

on the 7h august i purhased life cleanse and acai berry detox and was charged $7.09 australian dollars twice which i imagined was one for each product. that was fine. but then on 24th august i was charged $142.27 twice why ? how do i get my money back.

I ordered the 15 day free trial paying only shipping and handling to Australia. When I tried to ring the customer number from outside UK to cancel the products, the number had been disconnected. There is no email address given anywhere on their website so when I checked on this site and saw all the complaints, I had to cancel my credit card to be sure I wouldn't be charged for more.

I sent off for the Acaiberry and Life Cleanse 15 day Free Trial a week ago and received my products 2 days ago. The company also sent me a phone number, account number and Order ID should I wish to call and cancel my product. After reading about the apparent scams online I decided to call on their free UK number this morning. No probs getting through and I immediately cancelled my order and asked for guarantee that there would be no more charges taken from my credit card. I even offered to send the products back, unopened and seal intact but was told to throw them away. Now it only remains to be seen whether any monies will be taken from my card...do NOT be taken in by these glossy Free Trial ads...again I thought I was the only one to be taken in..not so.

I also ordered the products and actually called (wrote myself a note of the last day to do so) to cancel. Too bad--had already been charged $87.13 twice. Two numbers appeared on my bank statement--try these. 866-955-8531 and 866-955-4107. I got through, but after talking with the first customer service rep. was told I couldn't talk to another supervisor because I had already asked to be transferred--also hard to understand becuse of poor English. I never got one of the bottles and they agreed to refund me for one, because I was REALLY persistent. "You should read the terms." I feel their terms are unfair because the "trial period" begins when you order, not when received--so not truly a fair period of time. I am supposed to call back in 3 days to confirm my refund of 1 charge. What a terrible company.
