Have been trying to reach them since July 23rd without any success, please send them this email and don't know what more to do.

To whom it may concern,
Having received my invoice statement from Visa yesterday I immediately contacted theme noticing that a n amount of 129.94$ was bill on my account for Natureberry. To by surprise I did not understand the reason such money you’d have been taking. I have order some product for you company and do to the fact that I’m was not satisfied with the merchandise I therefore return the product as follows:
• Acai berry detox order # 41021104
• Life cleanse order # 41021207
• Resveratrol extract order # 41021349
I understand that I had 15 days to return the product in order not to be charged on my credit card, which I have respected. I sent you the product directly by mail on July 27th 2009 with the letter that you will find in the attachment.
Please understand that I do not wish nor agree to be charged on my credit card, to the exception of the shipping and handling that are expecting to be paid for the products received. I am truly disappointed with the results, you give hope in a bottle that does not follow true. In fact I have gain 5pound since taking the product, which I’m pretty sure is because of the merchandise, haven been at the same weight for years.
Please do not give by credit card information to any other company and cancel any further order.
I also wish to advise you that in order for me to send an email to you to cancel any further order, which is actually what I’m currently asking, is impossible, trust me I tried, more than once. I also tried to reach you by phone and no more luck. I finally am able to send you an email today because of Visa who gave me the information. This situation is incomprehensible to me. If I had not received the invoice statement for Visa I would not have know that the situation was not resolve with you. I wish to be refunded for the amount charged on my credit card of 129, 94$. The fact that we cannot contact you before we have received the invoice for Visa is not acceptable and irresponsible for a company who should be sure about their product. It just goes to show that you are not confident in your merchandise and only take advantage of the clients. We place our hopes and money in your product. Money that is very difficult having being single mother of two little children, you have crush my hope and taken money away from my daughter and I would very appreciate that you resolve the situation and reimburse me.
