I found this on the internet about how much weight you can lose and how amazing this product is 30 day free trial only pay s/h of $3.95 cancel within 30 days if not satisfied. Yea i didn't even get 2 weeks before i was charged twice for $79.95 plus foreign exchange fees because it wasn't us dollars my account was overdrawn and had over draft fees of $156 and after what they took out my total overdrawn account was $185 this is horrible i can barely understand what the hell their saying cause they don't speak good english. DON'T ORDER THIS!!!

I accessed the Acai Berry Detox website after seeing a "free 15-day trial" on an ad. I read about it and decided to fill out the order form. After doing so, I hit the "submit" button...and nothing happened. I didn't get a confirmation, or anything I could print out and keep. I didn't get an email response. I did get a call a week later from the company's customer service rep to confirm the order at which time I told him I didn't think that order had gone through because I received nothing to confirm it. He assured me it did and asked if I still wanted the product. I told him that I had been interested in the 15-day free trial, but could not afford it after he told me how much it would cost per month, which I didn't see in the ad. I refused him on the order after he kept trying to get me to order.
A week later, I received a box with a bottle of 60 supplements and a pamphlet. That's all...no packing slip...no statement. I thought it was free. A month later I received another shipment. That was a month ago. Today I tried to use my debit/charge card to pay for lunch and it was declined. Upon further investigation with my bank, I found out that my account had been frozen pending authorization of the $86.13 from Wellness Labs...aka Acai Berry Detox. I can't use my account until that charge is authorized. I cancelled my card on the spot. True, I didn't read the fine print in "terms and conditions" because I didn't SEE the terms and conditions on the ad site.
They might get the $86.13, but they won't get more than that.
I called the company in Hollywood, FL and got an automated service that said all customer reps were assisting customers and then the voice directed me to www.myordersupport.com., and also promised the support of "live chat with no wait". This is a generic website that is basically no help in dealing directly with the company. It appeared to be an outsourcing support site for other technical companies. It was a dead end. After reading about other horror stories with this company, I think the Better Business Bureau should step in and conduct an investigation. There is no "free 15-day trial" and evidently they have the power to freeze your account until they get their money. How is this possible??

just like everyone else here, I ordered the trial bottle for $.99 (there was a "discount" coupon to reduce shipping) on September 16. Here it is October 14th and I still haven't received my trial yet. Luckily I was never charged a ridiculous $80 for an automatic shipment, I think I got lucky because I used by MasterCard through my bank which expired at the end of September so there's no way for them to charge it again. Still waiting for my trial!!

I ordered a free trial of Acai Berry Detox and was told I only had to pay shipping and handling. My credit card was billed and the company would not give me a credit. I was then sent another bottle which I returned and was again billed. I called the company and they said without a RMA number on my package that they would not refund my accout. These shipments with exception of the FREE Trial were not authorized. When the company called to verify my order, I told them I was not authorizing a monthly shipment. They billed me anyway. This is ridiculous. I want my refund as well as numerous others.

i had ordered three different kinds of acai berry supelments. the only reason i ordered 3 is because they kept sending me the same bottle. for example, i ordered max acai boost and the picture on the website was a black and red label that said max acai boost. when i recieved it it was a purple bottle that said acai berry detox the same as the first one i ordered that did not work. so i called and cancelled all orders before the trial period was up. next thing i know i have 89.00 and 79.00 coming out of my checking account because they said i didn't cancel. i was charged for the full amount for my trial period. i was never shipped any other products after my trial period. they said i had to send back the trial products for a refund. we'll see if i get that refund. it doesn't sound to promising. i took acai berry for almost a month and saw no results. i even used the colon cleasen with it. I THINK ITS A SCAM!!! BEWARE OF ACAI BERRY DETOX AND COLON CLEASEN PRODUCTS.
