Please stop the pills and I have never received the colon flush but I have been billed twice. over 87.00. Please refund my money or I will have no choice to cancel my card again.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago for the Acai Berry Detox and I never received any merchandise from this vendor. I decided to try it, even though I am very skeptical of "free" trials, because it was advertised and endorsed under a Rachel Ray blog promotion. The promotion clearly stated that it was for Acai Berry Detox and that I would only be charged $3.95 for shipping. I was told that I could cancel at any time within 20 days of purchase. I checked my bank account and there is a charge for $49.95 and when I called the company they claimed that it was for a "Life Cleanse" product. I never ordered this product nor did I authorize its shipment. I have called the company three times and they have told me that the account has been closed and that the case has been escalated to the shipping department, for all that's worth. I told the operators that either I would receive a refund for this scam or I would speak to my attorney and the BBB.

I ordered a trial for 3.95, and was charged 3.95 and 79.95 (which was unauthorized).

Looks like other people have fallen prey to what I would call shady business practice.

Ordered the Life Cleanse from www.life-cleanse.com and Acai Berry Detox from www.acaiberrydetox.com on August 3, I received the Cleanse in about fourteen days and the Acai Berry 45 days (exactly, no stretch of the truth and Preciousmind Trading LTD even confirmed the delivery date).

Mean while on August the 17th, two charges appear on my credit card for 87.13 each. I called the credit card company thinking someone is using my credit card, after the credit card company closed my account and started investigating I find out that the risk free trial is only if you cancel in the first nineteen days of a “Risk-Free trial period” (which according to customer service starts on the day the product is shipped).

After contacting customer service I asked them how I can have a nineteen day trial period for a product that I did not receive until 45 days after I ordered (customer service acknowledged that it was 45 days in the same conversation). This is what customer service said, you should have called us we would extend the trial period out ten days. Hmm, 19+10=29 how is that going to help me I asked? Well you should have called we could have done something.

To sum this up I’m out $174.26 on 2 products I would have been better off buying a lot cheaper from the local health food store.

Please stop calling my phone number. I cancelled the order and I don't want anything to do with this product or this company.
