I wish we would have seen the complaints before my husband was scammed by this company!!! They told him it would be a $3.95 charge and we could try the product risk free then 3 days later they charged our bank card $49.95 (2 times) with out our concent! We need to put a stop to this company That's enough!!!

Misrepresentation and Unauthorized Charge to Credit Card
Acai Berry Detox and Acai Berry popped up on facebook. Researched about Acai and decided, hey, its a free trial why not. There was no fine print on the order screen, just a trial and I only pay shipping. Ordered both. Acai Berry arrived on day 10 and Acai Berry Detox arrived on day 11. Used the product for a few days and decided I would investigate these two companies. Both were listed as fraudulent based practices, so I called both companies and demanded to be cancelled and no more shipments to be shipped. As stated by numerous others, they continue to send the product even after you cancel and still charge you.
Went to the post office today with my instructions to mail both back to each individuals company. Had all information and filled out and walked up to the USPS agent. She looked at me and said "These two companies are bad". I said "you know about them?" She stated that she called both of them up and asked for a supervisor. She recieved her entire refund same day with both companies just for chewing them out about the unauthorized visa charges. I went ahead and mailed my supplies back and am awaiting my refund.

Rip off
I also tried to obtain what they call a free trial offer of the Acai Berry Detox, but you are also told that you need to get the free trial of a colon cleansze product and within 15 days of the order you will be charge a full price for amembership. you are promised dekivery in a few days which is not true. Then the next day before i even received the product I was called by different phone numbers wanting to sell other things and enter me into a trip to Cancun. I immediately mcalled and could not get them for hours. I fianlly got in and help the phone for almost and hour. I was told my membership was canceled and lets hope so. This seems to be a terrible scam and they need to stop. I guess we all have gotten too desperate to belive this weight loss crap and got hooked in. Hopefully mr orders where cancelled. They set my up as two seperate orders. I was supposed to get it for 99 cents, but then I was charged a penny out of my account for international shipment????? Don't know what that is, but I got the proof of the charge. They are not shipping it to us international!

charged for product that I did not recieve
I saw an ad on my Msn home page for a combination of Acai Berry detox and fat burner. Per the ad it says try this trial offer and use the products in conjunction with exercise and good diet and get great results. I do the free trial for both products and they take so long to arrive that I forget I even ordered them. I check my credit card statement and find charges from CYP of $87.13 and then the next month of $79.95, $2.00, $1.95, $7.01. needless to say I am PISSED OFF. I call the number listed (1-866-922-7375), and never get an answer, I'm really getting angry. After nearly one month tonight I get through to someone and rip them a new one, and all they do is cancel my account. I have been charged for things I have not recieved, I'm a police officer, and where I come from thats a theft and in this case a felony theft. I finally get in touch with a supervisor by the name of Nathan Scott operator number 130, (what ever that means), he is in India! I threaten to file felony theft charges on Acai Berry Detox, and Nathan. Nathan says he will give me a refund now? OK. So folks everyone having trouble with this company get your local PD involved and please call Nathan at 1-866-922-7375 (operator #130). Tell him Sean sent you. Have fun!

False terms
From CVS site - free trial offer - pay shipment only - phone number to cancel is bogus - terms and conditions in VERY fine print only if you look for them. I ALWAYS ignore these offers but because it came up after clicking on CVS, com I trusted it.

trail internet scam
I placed an order for a free sample of acai berry detox and life cleanse paying the requested fee of £3.50 each for postage. There were no implications that would be any other charges and no terms and conditions available at the checkout. When you telephone the company it changes to a trail and subscription which after 15 days if you do not cancel you are charged £71.88 each (2 charges have been taken) This is not stated anywhere and when most of the web sites are non contactable although i have found some this web site wich i am going to try.

Refund for returned product
I returned my product on 9/09/09 through the post office. To date, I have not received the full refund that was to be credited to my account. I have made 4 calls and one online chat. I have provided the USPS tracking number and have received confirmation of the delivery date and who signed for it. Are these places scams and they don't give you the full refund but take a 30% restocking fee by not acknowledging receipt of the returns? I feel these should be looked in to and I am going to file complaints with the better business bureau on this company and another company who pulled the same thing.

SCAM/FRAUD
I've had the same problem as the other complaints listed here. and to top it off I never received the tiral product to begin with!
Have not been able to work out how to cancel the supposed "orders" (that i've never even placed!) so have had to cancel my credit card and order a new one!
Contacted the credit card company as I was overseas when I supposedly 'bought' this product (and hadn't used my credit card in 4 weeks) and am not even sure if I can get it refunded.
Unbelievable!!

Unauthorized Charges
I purchased a bottle of acai berry detox for .99 plus shipping.Over the next week I received numerous out of area calls to my home phone.I spoke with a agent who was calling to confirm my order and she tried to offer me another more products and i told her firmly no i wasnt interested. And I received the bottle and noticed three weeks later a charge for 86.46 to my account.I tried to call the number listed and no response. Having a difficult time getting a hold of someone to dispute this charge. DO NOT BUY THEY ARE A SCAM.

Charged for something i didn't agree to
I ordered a free trail size bottle of Acai Berry Detox for .99. I canceled my order and just today i notice my card was charged $79.95. This woman had called me about ordering the product and I told her that I had canceled it. She said call the 800 number which I did. No answer. It says you can go to their website for live chat, which that is a lie. Now i'm out of $80.00 and i can't afford to be without. So I canceled my card so no future charges will not be charged to it.
