I believe I am a victim of a scam. I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox, and cancelled within the first 14 days. No problem. Then just a few days later, I received another bottle. I did not open the box, but called, got a return number, returned the package, paid my own postage. I received a credit of $39.95. Then a few days after receiving the second package, I received a third package. This time, I told the Postman I did not order it and was told that's o.k. we will just mark it refused and send it back. Which is what happened. This bottle was $49.95.
I called the company this morning to find out when I would receive a credit for this last bottle, and was told that since I refused the package and did not send it back with a return number, they could not issue a credit or refund. They said I had ordered the bottle, which is a lie, I did not order anything but the trial bottle. So now I have to pay $49.95 for something I did not order, did not want, cannot take according to my cardiologist, all because I refused to accept it and therefore did not have a return number. The scam is that once you order something, especially a trial offer, they keep sending you orders and you have to keep sending them back, paying postage on them, and if you get fed up, and refuse the package, you are charged the full amount. If I were rich, I would mark the $49.95 up as experience and never do business with this company again; however, I am not rich and can ill afford a $50 charge to my account for a product I did not order, did not want, and sent back to the company unopened so they can sell it to someone else.

I wish I had seen this website first as I see multiple complaints. I ordered a trial offer, based on watching Oprah on this product and did not expect or know that my credit card would be charged $87.13 and combine that with a similar charge for a colon cleanse that I declined from the trial offer, andothe 83, 90!!! Had to immediately close the visa account and ??? still resonsible for these charges!! stupid. and does not feel fair. Hope all who read this are warned!!!

I purchased a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox capsules for which I paid £3.67. On checking my account today I notice a further £74.73 has been debited from my account from this Company without my permission. What action can I take?

Ordered "free trial" on 08/02/09 and $87.13 plus a foreign transaction fee $.87 were made to my Visa before I received product 08/19/09 and could "test trial for 14 days.<br />

I sent product back with RMA#1823886-10167501 for refund on 08/21/09 unopened as instructed by " Lulu, Attila and Arnold" of this company and still have not received credit to my VISA or a refund.<br />

I have returned the product and reported this to my credit union and disputed all charges. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT OR A REFUND!!

I wish I would have checked out the complaints before ordering a so called FREE 30 DAY trial. It's more then shady is blatant FRAUD!If you recieve a 30 day free trial and pay s&h, it's free right? Not according to the customer service representative that I spoke to and couldn't even understand Mr. Garcia #A-089 kept interupting me the customer, trying to get some help. I am going to pursue this through prepaid legal. It seems they will find much evidence quickly when they review the complaints online. There is a definition of a FREE TRIAL, does not include only free if you pay &87.13. It doesn't take a lot of brains to see that this company has redefined this definition of FREE TRIAL. They try to loop in and out of every legal angel however when you pay s&h for a 30 day supply and then charge you $87.13 if you don't cancel within 15 days of the order it is no longer Free. This dosen't make sense but they try to convince you. I will fight this company!!! I've ordered free trials before and the free product is yours to keep then after cancelation they stop any further shipment. This order also was sent without any invoice or terms of agreement, couldn't even find a proper web site. Phone numbers given are busy all the time. Again I will fight this is America and this is a fraudulent way to do business. No wonder they have to conduct business this way with so many unhappy customers they have to find a way to make a profit, BEWARE!
