Hi, I am Ravi Kesri ([email protected]) from India. I have ordered a product named Acai Berry Detox and was told to pay only shipping and handling charges worth 3.95 pounds only. But post receiving products i checked my credit card statement and was shocked to see that viv3lab ltd. had deducted an amount of Rs 5740.96 Indian Rupees for which there was no information to me on what basis the same being deducted. I am feeling cheated at this front and from this forum i am asking the company to explain the deduction of amount over and above the shiping and handling charges. I also need a credit note of the amount mentioned to enable me to reverse the payment on my credit card.
I hope some responsible representative from viv3lab ltd company would extend his / her service to settle the said dispute.

I thought I was receiving a trial bottle of this product and I was only to pay shipping. I have now been charged $86.42 for the product. When I chatted online with a customer service rep. she told me it as a 15 day trial. Not from the day you receive your product but from the day you order it. I ordered mine 8-8-2009 and received it 8-24-2009. I was charged for the product on 8-22-2009. When I called their phone number & I finally made it to a customer service rep. they acted as if they could not hear me. This happened 4 times. After they acted as if they could not hear me they then sent me back to a message that would play over and over again, with constant interruptions like a tape was skipping and it would start again. I am very unhappy that I was charged and that they will not refund my money even if I never got my "15 day Trial".

I ORDERED A FREE SAMPLE WITH HANDLING AND SHIPPING CHARGE BUT THE VERY NEXT DAY THAT I RECEIVED MY SAMPLE THEY CHARGED MY BANK $86.42 AND $88.00 I WAS SO UPSET BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRY THE SAMPLE FIRST AND THEY TOOK THE OTHER MONEY OUT FOR THE NEXT MONTH WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.AND NO PRODUCT.THAT WAS MY MONEY TO GO SEE MY GRANDDAUGHTER IN W.VA FOR HER 5TH BIRTHDAY AND NOW I HAVE NO MONEY TO GO AND BUY HER A PRESENT.I AM SO UPSET PLEASE HELP ME

i SAW AN AD TO TRY THIS PRODUCT JUST RECEIVED THE SAMPLES -- NOW WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION MY BANK ACCOUNT CARD WAS CHARGED $87.13 TWICE WITH OUT MY PERMISSION. THEY WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE TO SPEAK WITH ME ON THIS MATTER. I DON'T WANT THE PRODUCT AND FEEL I SHOULDN'T BE CHARGED WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

Free trial is a fraud. This company gets your "shipping" charge on your credit card and then without your approval continues to send their product. The telephone number they publish to stop automatic shipments/charges does not connect. So I was able to get other phone numbers from my Visa card company. These work. So here is the information for others who have been duped by this FWM Laboratories company. 866-829-7198; 866-736-1040; 866-906-6551.
