When I received the product, the box was open and there was no invoice. I spent 2 days on the telephone and on chat messages trying to get a telephone number for the billing department. I was given approximately 15 numbers for Customer Service. Atleast half of the numbers werenot working numbers, and one of the numbers was for Direct TV. I had cancelled the product the day before, and found out they had already charged my charge card 8 days before I received the sample product. They charged me $87.13. All they would do is give me an RMA number to return the product with no invoice for identification. I am going to reprt this company for fraud, because they state in their ad the product is all natural. It is not and contains caffeine and warns you not to take it if you are a heart patient which I am. I take heart medication and have been off of caffeine over 20 years. I am also going to report this to the BBB. Do Not Order anything from this company unless you want to be defrauded and cheated.

I checked the small print on the product and it said that Diabeticks shouldn't use this product. I called my Diabetic Dr. an he said if I take this item, He'd reserve a room for me at the hospitial. My Pharmists said about the same thing. I then called the cancer inst. near me where I get special treatment and they said no.
I called the number provided but to no avail. They said only a 15 min. wait.Ha Ha Ha. I then tried their website with the same results. I contacted my bank to cancel the transaction, but it had allready goin threw.
Tomorrow, I plan to send it C.O.D with a brief note enclosed and a quarter to call someone who cares. This outfit is a real rip off. ...

I ordered a sample of ACAI Berry Detox and received withing 10 days since then I have had 2 amounts deducted from my credit card for $141.41 on 4/4/09 and $144.40 on the 19/8/09 and to date nothing has been issued. I did not order any further products only the sample. I would like this investigated as this is blatent fraud. I would like an answer on what is the go that you take from someones account without any further consent. I would appreciate an answer as this will be taken further. I never got an order # for further corespondance and the phone # for any needs ( check on order, cancel order, speak to a cous. rep. ) was always out of order. Try the live chat, it worked and I got this phone #1-877-248-6166. Whoever reads this pass this # along there are many people in need of some real help with real results.
