credit card scam
We tried a free trial and hadn't received the pills. Two weeks after we had ordered the free trial we called the company to find we have been charged for more bottles than ordered. So we cancelled the extra orders an were told that our original order was in the mail but we were still charged for the extra order. Two days later we received the bottles of acai berry detox. One week later another bottle came through the mail. Thinking that it was one of the extra bottles that we had already paid for, we unfortunately opened the package. We called the company again and found we have been charged for things that we had never ordered or enrolled in. Two charges for 40 dollars and one for 89 dollars. And thats only for one person. We checked the other order and found the same thing again. Do NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY ANY ACAI BERRY PRODUCTS, ITS A SCAM!!!

cannot cancel subscription
I have tried to cancedl my order of Acai Berry Detox, but it's impossible. The phone number given is never answered, I was put on hold for 15 minutes, then disconnected. Unauthorized charges have been made to my credit card. I have reported this to the BBB of Florida.

Billed without consent
I ordered a trial bottle for $6.73. I paid for it and I phoned and cancelled it within 5 days of receiving my bottle. Then I get my statement and I got charged $132.11 that I didn't order. It said I could cancel at any time and I did. Why did you charge my mastercard for this amount? I would like for you to credit my account for $132.11 as soon as possible. My order number is 41084528 and my customer number is 80008239. Please answer this email as soon as possible. Because my other email you did not cancel my account when I asked you too.

FRAUD...SCAM...FRAUD.....SCAM...
This is a great scam. Perhaps we should email OPRAH and DR.OZ with our compaints of fraud. I, and many others online, ordered the Acai Berry Detox and fell for the "FREE TRIAL OFFER". Just pay a $.99 s/h fee. I used my credit card. I was alerted to fraud as soon as "Michele" told me I would be billed $87.13 for the cleanse. She told me the conversation was being recorded, so I informed her I did NOT WANT the addition charge.Cancel my order. I don't want any of it. It is impossible to cancle the order. This was 6/23/09. On 7/7/09 I am Billed to my credit card $87.13. I have made over 30 calls to the numbers provided on my statement. They keep you on hold a minimum of 20 minutes. I can't get an account number from them, nor a password. In addition, I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY ADDITIONAL PRODUCT. OR IS IT I JUST PAID FOR THE PRODUCT TWICE???
Contact your local B.B.B. and Consumer Protection agencys in your areas.
These people need to be closed down. FRAUD DIVISION ON YOUR CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CARDS, can also help us get our money from these rip off agents.. Effie Weddle

money being taken out of account's
Hey out there to everyone that has been tricked out of money for free products and things...Don't give up on being able to get thing's for a trial period please don't this is what you do...
Go to wal-mart or a check cashing place that sell's prepaid credit card's and buy one this way when you want to purchase something you can load your card with just that amount of money and order, since these cards are accepted every where that visa and master card are accepted they work!!!
This way you get your trial product for what ever price they are asking for and no more than just that, they can't over charge a pre paid card...so go on and keep getting what you want over the net or where ever just beat them at their own game I do it all the time (I have been scammed be 4 also that's why I came to this idea here)...

Anauthorised use of Credit Card
Following provision of credit card information to pay for postage on a free trial of this product this company has not only taken a payment for the authorised postage but has since taken three payments (a total of 460AUD) from my visa card.
I have been supplied with the product on two further occasions but have paid for supply of three individual purchases which makes the so called free trial not free at all.
None of these additional transactions were authorised by me at any time.
To my way of thinking this is fraud and I would urge anyone thinking of trialling any product from this company to think again.

Acai Berry Detox
Ordered A FREE Sample and my credit card was not only charged for 87.13 but also the shipping. I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally hung up. I have tried to email the company but no one will answer my emails

product never received and was charged for 2nd bootle
Ordered the .99 cent trail. I never received and I was billed another $85 for another bottle. I have had to cancel my credit card and obtain a new one in order to get them to stop charging me. I have tried calling multiple times and get a busy signal. They are a scam and a rip off!!!

Taking money out without permission for a free trial.
Took £73 out of my account on 12th August without my permission, it is unclear if I will get this money back I have made a complaint through my bank and this is going to be followed up. I have had to cancel my card.
Warning to anyone do not purchase this item once they have your credit card details they will take more money out so the trial is ot free
