charges
I ordered this product on line and two days later I relized that my checking account had been charged 39.95 for the colon product that I did not order. It has been a big fight for them to understand that I did not order this. I can not find a customer service # or a link to customer service to speak to someone. This is the biggest bulls**t I have ever experienced.

Sent without permission
They sent 3 bottles and we didn't order them. Please take my name off of any of your products that I ordered from you as they didnt work. They added pounds instead of subtracting them. I wish to have my name removed from both the Acai Berry Detox and the Life Cleanse.I DONOT want either of these products sent to my address.

I want my money back
On July 1 i saw an ad of Elite Acai Blast Trial for $0.99. And i ordered it and supposedly it was going to come on July 6 but it didn't . And on July 17 they charged me a total of 82.31 and the product had not arrived. And that moment i called to cancel my free trial and they told me to wait until the product came so i could return it to the sender. And a week later i received it and sent it back.And they still have not given me my refund.And now i want to know what i can do so that i can get my money back and that they won't take money out of my account.

fraud billing practices
I saw the ad for "free trial bottle" of acai berry- only $3.95 shipping and handling according to the site on 7/14/09. Imagine seeing my debit card charged $87.13 instead. I emailed and cancelled this, and of course they didn't. I tried numerous times to call the number a rep gave me, it didn't work. 866-949-0138. It either does or doesn't. I got through on 8/14/09 after discovering another charge of $87.13 on my account, neither of which I authorized. I received one bottle in the beginning of Aug, (after the "free trial period" was over, and it took until today to get a return number (shipped at my expense of course) for me to try to get a refund. They claim they can't stop the bottle they're shipping today, so they gave me a return number for it, too. They claim once it's received, they'll return my money in "3-5 business days." The USPS tracking number will have delivery confirmation.
I have also filed this complaint with Rip Off Reports.com, and with the FTC at FTCcomplaintassistant.gov. The Feds need to know about them, too. And I have filed a complaint with the State Attorney General of Texas. All the authorities need to know about this rip off scam site.
If you haven't filed your complaint with the authorities, do so now. They need to receive the thousands of complaints that are out there about this company.

Keep receiving and being charged after cancellation
I also cancelled this when I was charged the full amount for a free trial. I then received another shipment today. When I called, they indicated my order had been cancelled. You cannot get to a person to get the refund!

shipping items not ordered
I ordered a sample and now have received and been charged for 2 months supplies which I did not order!!!

charging me for more than shipping
i ordered the berry detox and colon cleanser for the free trial offer. I was only to pay shipping and handling.
now my card is charged 87.13 and 83.95 plus and international charge. i called and cancelled but no reply yet

Apparently these loosers are scamming people all over the world. It's the first time this has happened to me and as a single mother on one income, this has really hurt my bank account!!

Acai Berry Capsules
Wow! This company has to be stopped. They are stealing money from people and they also lie about the terms of "trying" their product.
They offer a 99 cent trial for 10 days and then you wait 15 days to get the trial. In the meantime, they charge your bank/credit card with the full price of the bottle - $82.31. I am still trying to get my money back. It is an out and out scam. Please don't be fooled by this company.

charged ofr unwanted product
the internet site states that you will recieve a free sample and all you have to pay is the postage and packing. However a month later i have been charged in full for the unwanted product . When i phoned the company for an explanation as to why this has happened the incredibly rude customer service representitive said it states in the small print that the company will continue to charge you in full for the product on a monthly basis. I explained that i didn't agree to this arangement and that the product didn't even work, that i wanted a refund and to cancel the monthly direct debit. She said this wasn't possible and that the company would only be in contact via e-mail within the next 4 working days with regards to cancellng the product. I demanded to speak to a manager in view of a full refund of £150.00 again she stated this wasn't possible and i would need to wait to be contacted. She eventually put the phone down. I am now currently waiting to hear as to wether i will recieve a refund or if in fact the product can ever be cancelled. I am incredibly disappointed with the service provided and the attitude of the staff working for this company. I would strongly recommend that nobody uses this product or internet site ever!
