I also ordered the berry detox along with the colon cleanse, which both did absolutely nothing for me! Then I got 2 more bottles of these products that I didnt oreder or want!
How do I get this to stop???

I too have been scammed by this company 'Acai Berry Detox'. I have 2 debits on my bank account from this company who swear they sent me the product when I have not received anything from them. I call their support line and they keep saying to wait until I receive a shipment because their records show they sent it. They said they canceled my account after the first shipment and when I called them back after the second debit from my bank account they said another product had been shipped and must have gone out before the cancellation, even though the account was cancelled 10 days before the product was shipped. Ms. Kimberly #34, the supervisor, even stated this from her records, but still insists that I need to return a physical product bottle for a refund. That was 2 weeks ago and of course no product once again. I have been in contact with the company 4 times and they always have an excuse for the charge; it was already sent, or they need to do a trace, or they have to verify my address for shipping, or maybe UPS has it etc. I am putting a stop on my debit card from my bank so they can't keep charging it, but I am out $180.52, for the 2 debits. The people over there just give a run around and have no idea what they are talking about. I was told by Kim #34 that the product is sent UPS, and delivered to the local Post Office, why it wouldn't be sent to the house is amazing, but none the less, it is sent to the Post Office and then forwarded on to the home. So, I had her go check her records and she said USPS picked it up from them and sent it to a Post Office that is an hour away from me. I explained to her that USPS is not UPS, but indeed just the regular old Post Office and that they sent it to a Post Office an hour away so it is no wonder I never got it. She then did a tremendous amount of back pedaling and now insists that UPS picked it up and delivered it to my home. The fact that the company in Fl named the Post Office an hour from my home in PA is truly a feat that not many other companies could pull off for her to "mistakenly" say that. So, as it stands I still have no refund and no product.

I am very disappointed that I bought this ACAI BERRY DETOX product. I brought this product for a $1. plus tax's with my credit card in the month of June thinking that it was going to be a free try out for only that amount. When I received the product I opened it and saw that there were plastic tablets that anyone can just make. A day before I received the bottle I had seen a program on "E" how many people died of Tylenol plastic tablets so I decided not to take them thinking that it can cause me some affect. Now on August I saw on my account that I had been charged for$86 dollars from the same product, disappointed that I had been charged for another bottle that I never received or ordered I called the company. They told me that they had charged me not for another bottle but for the fact that they only give you ten days to try it out if they do not like it you have to return the bottle or you will be charged for the whole amount. I told the guy I talked to that I thought it was a free product he said NO to return the bottle back and they will refund me. I am sending back the bottle hoping that I get refunded.

it was only to be a free trail for the cost of .99 cent s /h i agee to that. not to the amount of -$82.31 whitdrawl from bank credit card last four number 7827. after the 15 days of trail to paid the full amount the product. i missed that term . so i ask when they sent the acai berry detox in the mail to me if the terms and condition was mail as a reminder. i was stated the its term was on the website. i am still asking for a refund of $82.31 for being miss informed thanking you in advance

I order a trial of this product online. Few day later i received a call from this company with a lot of fast talking, trying to with me a supost free vacation, that i know this vacations are scam and i said no i dont want then. She keep try saing but it is free. I still say no. Next thing i know my cedit card is charge for $39.95. After all that my credit card is charged again with $87.13 from same company. With all this happenning i haven't received nothing in the mail yet. I call the company after 15 minutes waitting when she saw it was a complain she said " Oh Im sorry sir but my system just go down, let my get your name and i will call you tommorow at 12pm". next day she jever call so i dicide to call them again. After 15 minutes again same lady answer the phone her name is "Gaby employee id 8129 ext 0295" at lease that what she said. Well she put me on hold like for another 10 minutes will she check my account. Thenshe start saing that my 14 day trail has expired that why we charge you the money. I said hum how the trail has expired if I haven't received any product to try. How come i can decide if i want to keept or not if i dont have time to try it. She Oh sorry sir but you your trail started on the 7/20/09 and i was calling on 8/4/09. Just then i understand why when i call the day before she said the system went down i can't help you today. Of corse the next day will be the day 15 so my supost trail get expired. What a scam. And you have to blame yahoo as well for let people uses there site to promote this type of scam. NOT GOOD YAHOO... This company scam me for $128. Buy this time the has refund $87.13 but still they need to refund $39.95
