I signed up for a free trial bottle of acai berry detox, wt. loss product. . Unauthorized credit card monthly charges and product sent. I went to cancel product and false phone number listed. Unable to cancel charges. I am going to contact my bank and put a fraud alert to try to stop charges of over $87. mo. The company that lists on the label is : Acai Berry

I ordered the trail of the Acai Berry Detox for £3.99 I believe it was and I have just found out that I have now been charged another £150 by your company and I have not recieved any products through the post from you.

I DO NOT want you to try and rectify this problem by sending me through more of this product because I am not interested in carrying on with this product as I feel I have been scammed by your company. It is discusting how you treat your customers as I am now aware that I am not the first person you have done this to.

I want all the money you have taken from my bank account refunded in full as you took the money without my consent. If I do not receive all £150 of my money back into my bank account within 7 days I will be taking this matter to the courts and having trading standards deal with his issue for me.

I hope I will get a reply to this email to explain why you have blatently taken advantage of me and illegally taken money from my bank withut consent and I expect to hear back by Monday 3rd August 2009.

My bank has informed me that the company, Viv3 is trying to charge and additional 74 pounds on the free trial of Acai Berry Detox, above the postage and packaging charges already paid to them. I would like to find out the reason why Viv3 is charging this additonal 74 pounds on the free trial. my email address is [email protected]

What a rip off!! This company has layers of impossible customer service and response. You sign up for a free trial they send it to you and then start charging you. I get the "trial" product late due to travel. I am being charged before I even get a chance to review the product!!! As I look over the bottle that the company sends out and low and behold they state not to take this product if you have certain conditions. So I call to tell them taht I can nopt take this product and that they need to take the charges off. No such luck. Their phone system is atrocious! Either it kept cutting you off after you make a choice on their answering service, they are closed and heaven help you if you go to the website they direct you to!! It took 25 minutes of wait time to get a person to be told sorry about your luck. And never did I get an apology or expanation as to why they make it impossible to reach them. I guess that makes sure that they get their money!!!
If this was such a legitimate product then why are they not standing behind it and working for customer satisfaction?
So not in anyway try this product or any of their other ripoff products.

I've been trying to cancel ever since I placed order and seen price of product. I can not get through I have tried all day. My bank can't help me they stood on the line for 24 min. and we got disconnected. Can you please help me or I'm going to try and get a News Co. to help publishsize this.
