$$ Thieves!
OMG! I am SO mad!! This is a total SCAM!! The company does NOT fully disclose terms & conditions. I ordered the trial bottle. Paid only S&H. The $ came out on the 14th of July. I did not receive product until the 22nd of July. I researched the site to find out u have to cancel w/in 14 days.Well, I called on the 24th to cancel.. they cancelled my order, I then asked if I had to return the unused portion, he said NO. On the 25th, my acct. was debited $89.01. It has caused a snowball effect in my acct... I have accrued MULTIPLE bank fees!!! I have been.. ON HOLD... for the last 22 minutes, trying to speak to someone!! Seriously ticked off!!

place order on 7/11/09 received it on 7/25/09 and was chared 87.13 on 7/27/09 with a 15 day free trail. by the time i got the product to my understanding i had 15 days to try it not so they send it to you late so that they can charge you but when you place a phone call they make it seems as though it's your fault so take it from a person that was scam don't do it.

illegal use of credit card
i never completed an order with this acai berry detox. i received their product in the mail july 27, 2009. i never hit the submit or order now button. they have illegally used my credit care.
they are obvious scammers. cannot reach them by phone-put on hold for an endless amount of timeand no service rep ever comes on the line.
how does one get this taken care of?
who does one speak with?
is there any help available?
when i entered my name-the message was that name is already taken or registered.
what a scam.
USED MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT ANY OK FROM ME.

Acai Berry Detox is a scam
I don't even remember ordering this product. All of a sudden I get something in the mail with no instructions as to how long the trial offer was, then I saw the charge on my account for the $87 a couple of days later. I was shocked. I don't even think I had the product for the total days of the Trial offer, yet I was charged. I want to find out the address so that I can return the unused portion and get my money back. I don't want to even try the product for the full 30Days. I called the number on the brochure that came with my bottle and was able to cancel any future orders, but not get my money back.

Credit Card Scam
I went to Rachel Ray website, immediately a free trial for acai berry detox pay shipping only $3.99 popped up... Rachel Ray!!! Got to be safe right????? Ordered the sample 7/15. 724 received a bottle with a credit card hit of $88.97. I called the company and they said I had "subscribed" and now cancelled. Could'nt let me return products but wouldn't steal anymore. Today 7/27 I received a second bottle of something ( I haven't opened it) with a credit card hit of $87.13. Same story. STAY AWAY FROM ANY COMPANY TALKING ACAI BERRY. If it were a reputable product they wouldnot have to do business like this.

Unauthorized Billing
I ordered a trial of the Acai Berry Blast. The shipping cost ($0.99) was promptly withdrawn from my debit card with the promise that the product would be shipped within 5 business days. The product never arrived. Almost one a half weeks later they charged the full price ($82.31) of the product to my card which also included shipping and handling. I called their customer service line and spoke with the rudest person. To my horror the very same company has charged a further ($82.31) to my account again. I am working with my bank to stop these illegal withdrawls.

Internet Scam
I ordered this product for the 15-Day Free Trial. On the 14th day, before receiving any product, I cancelled. The product came a few days later and they charged my credit card the full amount $39.95 of each product they sent (more than I signed up for.) Then, they sent a second shipment of two more products and charged my card $87.13 for each. The actual company that does business under numerous company names is:

charges for product I NEVER received
On my credit card there were 2 charges for $3.95 ea for the product
of Acai Berry Detox which was offered as Free Trail price.
The problem is I have never received their product to try. So first I tried calling them and was on hold for at least 15 min. then I went to the chat site explaining what had happened and stating that I wanted
to make sure they cancelled anymore shipments. Very plainly told this person I DID NOT want any thing shipped to me and that I never
received the FREE TRAIL offer supply.
She didn't get it and kept telling that the charge was part of the offer and I would be getting another supply in a few days.
Anyway we went round & round as I kept telling her I had not received
any of their product.. Also I only ordered the Detox but they also charged me for the Colon Zen which I never ordered in the first place.
I asked for a confirmation of this chat and she said I would get one via
email. This was Fri 07/24/09 and as of the next day 07/25/09 I have
received no confirmation that this chat ever happened.
I will try again Monday to call the Customer service # and try to talk with someone.
DO NOT 9defddeal with these people ever and I am hoping they do not send me anything else or charge me anymore.
