The pills come with NO packaging to identify where to return them or HOW much 60 pills would cost if you liked them -over $87.00. You are on an automated monthly shipment and payment on your account if you sign up for the 14 day trail (which starts when they're shipped). There is no way to return the pills until you see the phone number with the $87.oo Charge and then it's too late. The rep then had the gall to offer them for $40 if I stayed- HELLO they made me sick! Refused to give me my money back and I only took 4 pills. Call to return yours ...

I received a new shipment of acai berry detox without ordering. I recorded my conversation with the sales person and told her, I read the find print but stated I did not want anymore bottles sent to me or charged on my credit card. She said that was fine. I also told her, if I did receive another bottle, this is called credit card fraud. Told her this was recorded.

Today I called and repeated above. Said I should have read fine print. I did. I did not authorize this shipment nor charges on my credit card. Spoke with my doctor and he said the side effects are different on everyone. That I should throw away my sample.

I ordered the Acai Berry Detox on July 8th 2009 and Customer service contacted to confirm my order 2 days later at which She stated that once I recieved the product I had 14 day free trial at which time i could cancel and keep the remaing product free for trying it. Then on the 16th of July going threw my bank account I found 41.15 worth of charges from Biolabs for a life cleansing product I never ordered which attaches itself to Acai Bery. Well the tld me when I recieved the product to send it back and I would recieve my refund . On the 18th of July I recieved the Acai Berry Detox and then today the 20th of July to my surprise on my account there was the charge for 87.13 for Rainforest. When I called the number that was tacked on to the charges I spoke to a man who could not speak english well. By this time i'm fumming and requested to speak to a supervisor where again couldn't speak very good english. I asked how can you state its a 14 day free trial when I recieved product two days ago and then bam heres the charge. He stated the trial started when you ordered. I argued how can you state its a trial of product you didn't have he stated didn't you read terms and conditions? My reply yes but your lady in customer service stated information would come with product that was a lie with my product came a brochure of product no invoice or nothing. Why doesn't the government do somthing about the American people being preyed on and scammed through these companys. I noticed after my conversations earlier tonight that this product is not sponsored by Oprah Winfrey or Rachel Ray as they advertise. The BBB has had countless reports yet these companys are still out there preying on innocent people who just want to improve there lives and wellbeing. I am furious I have been scammed for 130.00 total thus far between the two products from this company. You don't see these rports unless you sure hard thats how I found it this should come up when searching this product as well as this company be shut down and sanctioned like everything else.

You people should have read the Terms and Conditions, which stated that you would be charged the $87.13, or whatever it was at the time you signed up. You cannot legally get your money back. The company preys on people who are gullible and do not read the fine print, no offense, and it's a terribly unethical business practice. However, nothing they are doing is illegal since the "scam" is visible to the careful buyer. Call the company, cancel your order, and consider this an important lesson learned. Never give out your credit card info without first carefully reading the Terms and Conditions!

As with everyone else, I ordered the Acai Berry Detox free trial online thinking it was legit since it has been featured on Oprah, Rachael Ray, etc. I was instantly charged the $3.95 shipping fee and have been anticipating the order in the mail. I came across this complaint board and decided to cancel my order ASAP. Trying to get ahold of this company is a nightmare!! I have sat on hold twice now for a 1/2 hour each time only to have the call ended abruptly without speaking to anyone. I tried the next best thing... cancel my debit card and order a new one!!! :) Now this company cannot charge me... and if they've sent the pills, then it's their loss and not mine... all I lost was my $3.95 ~
