I just read all these complai nts and the same thing happened to me. I ordered a 2wk trial. recieved it cancelled before the 2 wks on 2 different times through phone and through email. I was still charged after 30 days for $87.13 from a different Co. TOPBODY CLEANSE..Now I'm trying to get a refund!!! I even read terms and conditions and it states to email them at [email protected] and once again comes back UNKNOWN MAILER DEAMON...This or should I say these companys because when you purchase from one 5 others mail you products and charge your card as well! UNAUTHORIZED!<br />

These Companys are scammers and somebody somewhere needs to stop them from ripping off customers!

I signed up for what was a misleading ad for a 30 free trial of the Acai Berry detox along with a colon cleanse (same free trial ad). I received the products a little over 1 wk later, and within that same week was charged $83.95 and $86.42. I called the company to tell them that I didn't even have a chance to try the product yet (just 2 days) and don't know if I even want it yet, nor was I given a chance to know how much it would cost. Apparently it was a 14 day trial from the day the order was placed, not received. He said he would not refund the money, even if I returned the product. When I asked for his name, he said he was not allow to tell me. I also tried to call the other company (Colon Cleanse 3000), but was on hold for 30 minutes and could not get through.

SCAM!! DO NOT ORDER THIS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED ATLEAST ONCE FOR $87.13 IF NOT MORE BEFORE THEY WILL CANCEL. I ORDERED THE FREE TRIAL FOR 3.95 S&H ON 5/19. ON 6/5 AND AGAIN ON 6/22 THEY BILLED BY DEBIT CARD 87.13, ANOTHER 1.95 & 2.00 S&H AND 83.18 WHEN I CALLED TO CANCEL I WAS ON HOLD FOREVER AND THEN WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SUBMIT THE REQUEST FOR CANCELLATION AND SEND ME AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITH THE CANCELLATION POLICY, AFTER 2 WEEKS AND NO EMAIL I CALLED BACK AND HELD FOREVER AGAIN AND WAS TOLD THE SAME SPEEL WHEN I EXPLAINED THIS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD 2 WKS AGO SHE SAID SHE WOULD TRANSFER TO A SUPERVISOR, YEAH RIGHT, BASICALLY I GOT THE RUN AROUND FROM HER TOO. HERE'S THE DEAL YOU ORDER AND HAVE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF SHIPMENT TO CANCEL BUT THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL WITHIN THE 14 DAYS AND AFTER THE 14 DAYS YOU ARE BILLED AND AGAIN 14 DAYS AFTER THAT THEY SHIP YOU ANOTHER BOTTLE AND BILL YOU AGAIN. ONCE YOU'VE BEEN BILLED IS WHEN YOU CAN CANCEL WITH NO REFUND. THEY'VE GOT YOU. THIS IS AWFUL AND THEY ARE FULL AWARE OF WHAT THEY ARE DOING. SHAME ON ME FOR BEING SO TRUSTING AND SHAME ON THEM FOR BEING SUCH CROOKS!! LOOK AT THE WEBSITE, THEY KNOW JUST WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW TO SCAM. THIS IS STEALING AND RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!! ITS NOT JUST ONE COMPANY EITHER, YOU ORDER FROM 1 COMPANY, THEN THEY HAVE A DISTRIBUTION COMPANY, AND THEN A CUSTOMER SUPPORT COMPANY TO TAKE THE CALLS AND AS FAR AS I'M CONCERNED THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT TOGETHER. NEEDLESS TO SAY THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME :-( HOWEVER I WAS VERY PERSISTENT, I CALLED DAILY AND DEMANDED A REFUND FOR THE $87.13 THAT WAS CHARGED TO MY ACCOUNT DAYS AFTER SHIPMENT. AND SURE ENOUGH THE MONEY WAS PLACED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT. WHEN YOU CALL TELL THEM TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST TO THE " REFUND DEPARTMENT". THAT'S WHO EMAILED ME CONFIRMING MY REFUND. AFTER THE HASSLE IT TOOK ABOUT 2 WEEKS OR SO FOR THE REFUND PROCESS. GOOD LUCK AND SORRY THIS HAPPENED TO YOU TOO.

I recently purchased online the Acai Berry Detox. I was supposed to have a 15 day free trial but within a few days I had been billed $83.18; today I checked my account and discovered the company had billed me again but this time there were three charges. $83.18, $2.00 and $1.95, these charges were not authorized. Since I did not receive a second order or even a shipping invoice with the first order I have spent time on my computer trying to track down a phone number to complain and cancel the order. I had to try several numbers before finally getting a customer service agent. They refused to reverse today's charges but agreed to cancel any future shipments. In the mean time I have read the complaints and I am worried I will be charged again. Someone needs to do something about this company. To add insult to injury, this product doesn't even work.
