Scam
I ordered the free trial. Paid $3.50 for shipping. Before recieving the product I discovered all the complaints online. As soon as I recieved the product I called to cancel any future orders. I gave my credit card number (they already had it anyway) and was told I did not have an active order. I asked for a cancellation number and was told there was nothing to cancel and that I would not be getting any future charges. Well, I just recived a second shippment. After calling, I was told that there was no record of my first call and that I would not be refunded the $87.13 fee but they will cancel my order now. They refused to transfer me to anyone else and said managers do not take calls and anyone else would tell me the same thing. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

RUDENESS
I looked at this website ONE time and these people have been stalking me for 2 weeks. Everyday for 2 weeks a number kept calling that I wasn't familiar with (305-800-1000)and I wasn't able to connect with them for some reason or another; when I tried to call the number back all I got was a dial tone. Well they finally got a hold of me today (I was about to have the number blocked); I told the guy on the phone to put my number on his do not call list and to never call me again; his response "well then never look at my webiste again". Can you imagine? This is how these people are trying to get business! Now I get frustrated with people but never so much that I would try to ruin someone's lively-hood, but this guy/company just pissed me off so bad I couldn't not say anything. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! If this is how they treat their potential customers, how do you think they treat the customers they already have?

unauthorized charge-fraud
I too did not see the fine print. Simply stating a free trial begins at the time you place an order, rather than from the time you receive the product, is characteristic of a company that intends to prey upon trusting consumers! Enough said!
I'd like to know how this product can be endorsed publicly on the Oprah Winfrey show and the advertisement has quoted endorsements from Rachel Rey. When will they revoke their endorsements? I'd like to see a special program where Oprah announces that this company doesn't deserve to be in business-$87.13 $87.13 $87.13 $87.13 ...it seems to be the magic number this company seems to think is JUST small enough to get away with STEALING from hard working people.
Make a product that lives up to it's claims and you won't have the need to have FINE PRINT
PS-One phone call-to my charge card company-got back my money and YES, they've heard of ACAIBERRY DETOX and their $87.13 $87.13 $87.13

Fraudulant Free trial Scam
This company has a deceptive fraudulant offer for a free trial that ends up charging your credit card before you have had a chance to evaluate the product. There are numurous complaints already about this company. When you call to try and get a refund they wont give you one and hide behind the small print in their terms and conditions

Scam
Buyers beware!! Nothing is really for free, especially this product. I was suckered by their scam and signed up for a free trial of MaxAcaiBoost. Within 5 minutes after I signed up, I found this complaint board website and my heart sank into my stomach. I immediately called and cancelled my order and the rep gave me an Cancellation Number. Much to my surprise, exactly one week later, I received in the mail a bottle of acaiberrydetox. This wasn't the name of the product I had originally ordered then cancelled. I called the customer service number and spoke with a rep. I gave him my cancellation number and he verified that I had indeed cancelled the Maxacaiboost. I asked him how this could have happened, receiving a product I never ordered. He put me on hold (probably to find a different script to read off of). We he came back, he told me that this is one of their products and that I need to send it back to the return address. I confirmed that I would not be charged for something I never ordered, he concurred. We'll see. After reading all the complaints listed about FWM Labs, I'm sure my troubles are not over. It appears that this Lab is producing multiple acai products under different names to scam innocent buyers.

I had bought online for the trial sample of the acai berry detox .I was charged £ 3.75 for the shipping purpose. However i ceckd my account statement aftr few days n saw another transaction of £ 74.71 without my conscent.
Is this the way the company can withdraw money from any one's account? this is absurd.its fraud. is there a way to stop this?
