Not being reimbursed
I, too, ordered the Acai Berry Detox and when I realized what the amount would be beyond the $3.95 "free trial" (not free because they still charge you $84.01), I tried to cancel my order. That was not the problem - it is getting the money credited back to my account. I never even opened the products, sent both shipments back and was assured I would be credited and notified by the refund dept. when that happened. I never recieved a notification and have called repeatedly - being put on hold as long as 20 minutes each time with the same script being read to me every time. I have recieved money back for the first shipment (although NOT what I paid - they claim "in-house" charges not made clear to me beforehand). Getting credit for the 2nd shipment is proving just as hard as the first one! There is no way to contact a customer satisfaction person as you only get the same 2 or 3 ladies reading the same script every time! If you are having trouble - BE VIGILANT in making sure you are credited! It is my suspicion that this is how they make money - they keep you on hold and give you the run-around hoping you will give up and chalk it up as a loss (and I told them my feelings too!) - DON'T DO IT! Get your money back at all costs!

i have been charged and scammed as well with this product..i need to get with other people who have also had this happen...to file a class action suit against this company and its affliates.. please contact me @ [email protected]... |

I ordered the "free trial". It was sent, and received although later than they stated. A few days later I received an additional $87.13 charge on the card that I paid for shipping on the sample with. When I called to complain, they just kept repeating that it said on the internet that if you don't cancel within 15 days of ordering the "free trial" that they can charge you the whole amount of the product purchase.

they chaged me 3 days after my product got here!
My name is diana and I orderd the product thinking I was making a good choice.The product says it gives the costumer 15 days to try the product. I recently orderd this product and it was not even 15 days and they already billed me the trial cost. It was only 3 days after the day I had recieved it and I was already charged. the company is running on false pretences. On top of being charge for the trial cost I was charged twice. I called the company and they stated that they had made a mistake.
Is this how unprofessional your company is? They charge the consumer twice???? I called the company and they said they could not do anything and there was no one else I could speak to. I cannot believe this is the type of business they are running that there is no one to speak to about my money being taken. I have taken only two pills and nothing else, the bottle is full. When I tried the pills it made me very nervous and my hands were shaking; therefore I cannot even think of finishing the product.
All I want is my money back if you would like I could send the pills back with my bill statement showing that you in fact charged me twice. I do not want them, they did not help me out at all. I am very upset the way your company handles everything. This company has opened my eyes to see that not all companies are trustworthy, reliable and that some are out there to scam you. They have defiently cured me and made me very skeptical when shopping on the internet for a product or on T.V. I hope that this letter was enough to show you how upset I am andto help everyone out there not to buy this product or you will be scammed too! i regret for choosing that company as a way to help me lose weight.

Charging my credit card without my permision
This company has stolen money from me by wrongfully charging my credit card. I was to receve 1 free bottle to try. I haven't receved it insted they have charged my credit card several times for bottles I have not receved. I do not want there product now that they have stolen from me. I want my credit card account creited ffor the ammount that they have stolen from me.

Refused refund
I called to cancel my order on 5/22/09 via the VRS and did not receive a confirmation number.
The company charged my credit card $88.01 on 6/1/09. I called VRS again and cancelled on 6/22/09.
Then I called customer service on 6/22/09 to report the charges and request a refund. They hung up on me 3 times; stating that I needed to supply the confirmation. I told the CSR that there was none given via the VRS; it only stated the order was cancelled. The CSR told me I should have contacted customer support for the confirmation number. How was I supposed to know that? Then she hung up on me, after I asked for a supervisor. On the fourth attempt it was only after I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau that they agreed to escalate the call to billing. I was told I would be contacted via email or to call back in 2-3 days.
I suggest anyone who has been screwed over by this company file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Me too taking money from my account
I signed up for a free trial of acai berry tablets and had to give my bank details to pay for postage.
Unknown to me in small print it said if I did not want to carry on receiving these tablets and paying for them I had to cancel by phone.
As soon as I realised I emailed and phoned and was promised...
This company stol my money it it the danger company

Never delivered product
On 5/16/09 I placed an order for a 4 month supply of this product as advertised on the Care 2 website. I was charged on 5/19 for $177.36. After a month went by, I called their customer service line (3 times.) I was given a tracking number for a pkg that was suppose to have been shipped through USPO. I went to their site and entered the number. It had no record of any such number. I called back and was told that they send the pkgs to UPS Interaction which is then sent to USPO. I told them they had 2 wks to get my pkg to me or credit my acct. before I contacted Interpol.
