scammed me
i purchased i free trial of your acaiberrydetox . for one, i got the wrong one. i wanted the 1 which puts muscle on .enyway i hav received the 1 that burns fat .first thing is first u hav taking money from my bank account which is £76.94p. i do know now you are a rip off . so im makin this complaint and i expect the full amount back . i spoke to one of your colleguez on the phone which was really rude ... so i expect something to be done with this. i havent got the packaging i received it with ..

Online Scam
... and now New Zealand can jion the rest of the world. I also ran across their add on the internet. Checked out a few of the videos (like the Oprah one) and decided what could the harm be. Ordered the free trial for a couple of their products for NZ$3.00 P+P each. The trial bottles finally arrived (late) as did a NZ$160.88 debit on my credit card. Belatedly I've found this website and realise I've been SCAMMED.

charged account $80 on free product
biggest loser offer free trial of acai berry detox for free plus shipping and handling. once received less than a week later my account was charged $79.62 for the product. bank gave me the phone number 866-997-0556. i called and they said it was part of the terms and conditions. that was not on the biggest loser website when i ordered. contacted my bank and we are now trying to dispute the actions.

I recently wanted to try the acai berry detox for the "energy" boost. The site offered a free trial for 17 days, so I tried it. First of all, they sent me two orders that I did not know they were 2 separate orders. The acai berry was supposed to be 100% acai. The first day I took the pill I developed severe heart palpitations. I looked around on the bottle and there it was... caffiene. There it is a miracle weight loss product the caffiene. I stopped taking the med and figured I would just pay for this shipment. Well I had 2 shipments worth 80.00 a piece, that I did not know until I got my bank statement. So, then I received another 2 shipments, and called the company to cancel. The customer service rep told me to write down the 2 return numbers and have it with my products to get a full refund. So, I sent the items with a note with the product that had the return number on it. Several days later I called and was told that they cannot refund my money because the refund number was not on the outside of the package. Well, the customer service rep did not tell me this. She also did not give me any other instructions or tell me to look on the website. So, I am now 320.00 short here due to a poor product and poor customer service. Do not buy this product, it is a SCAM. Go drink some coffee.

Misleading
I ordered the Acai Berry and one other product for 99 cents each. 30 day free trial. After 17 days was charged $79.62 since I had not sent the product back. Thankfully my credit card company is willing to work with me and I have managed to get the unused product sent back in time to receive a full refund for the trial offer. I advise against anyone signing up for the trial product as they will charge you large amounts of money, with out you realizing it.

I too have had a problem with the company that sells Acai berry. I ordered the free trial in August of 2009 did not receive anything until November to my surprise, for I thought when I placed the order on the internet it just didn't go through so I said forget it I don't have the money anyhow besides the fact that I was annoyed that I didn't receive it in a timely manner. So, on top of the trouble it caused I checked my bank statements which I don't always do and saw that they charged me full price for 3 bottles and it was not even when I received the product and in fact it was way before. This also happened with a product that was affiliated with Acia berry called advanced cleanse, which was said to work best with Acai berry when used together. When I learned what had happened I called right away and was refused a refund over the phone. They said I would have to request a refund for both. Additionally, they said there was nothing I could do about the first bottle, but that I could request a refund for the other 2. Interestingly I have still not received the third bottle that was charged to my account and it is now January 8, 2010. Advanced cleanse did basically the same thing, but when I told them I had not received the last bottle I was charged for they said it had already been shipped so when it comes don't open it and write return to sender on it and they would credit my account once it is received on their end. Although, it took another month till I received it, which was frustrating I sent it and still am awaiting my refund. With Acai, they refused to do anything over the phone. So, now I have 1 bottle of unopened Acia berry, which I explained to them didn't work for me at all and in fact gave me a rash and a unopened bottle of Advanced cleanse.

doesn't work, rip off of money
I purchased this so called free trial only .99 shipping and handling offer of two bottles one Acai berry detox and colon cleanser to work together. I order on the on the 9th of September and recieved one bottle, acai berry on 10/5, then a week later I recieved the other colon cleanser??? I noted on my calender the day to call and cancel by so if it didn't work I could cancel. I did call on the 16th or sooner, but regardless it was within the time frame and canceled. I then recieved my bill for my credit card and they charged me 49.95 for the cleanser and 79.95 for the acai berry, upon seeing this I called and explained that I cancelled the person I spoke to Brian, said they shipped another order and when I recieved it to write on it the RMA # and send it back. I waited and still have not recieved any other order. I called again today 1/7/10 and spoke with another person who told me I am over my 30 day trial and did not send back the product therefore I was charged for the original product that was suppose to be a trial for 17 days and cancelled if you didn't want it and all I would have paid was the .99.. Now they are not letting me get my money back for an order I never recieved and they are lying thru their teeth. On the stupid little website that I saw it on which was inserted with a test your body fat, BMI, page. I feel wronged by this company and wish to do whatever I can to get the results and satisfaction I have not recieved by trying this product, I just want my money back. They never said I had to send back the two trial bottles, which I was suppose to take together, though one came a week late. How convenient for them. Any sugestions on where to go from here. NO $49.95 refund and It's been 2 mo already
cancelled 1st order on 10-9-09 Sent product back unopened 10-14 09 W/RMS # visible on box At that time I was told Refund of $49.95 will take 5-7 days Called numerous times, then on 11-2-09 I faxed a copy of receipt from USPS of delivery
11-3-09called again said it will n ow take up to 30 days for refund. Dec 3 rd I called again, adding my name to list to ck on refund, 12 -14 called sending to upper management to ck on 12-21 called put on another list today 1-4-10 called no one answering tried there on line chat no response there either I, m feed up with the run around I've done what they requested and still no refund due me $49.95

Keep debiting my credit card
I applied for free trial of Acai Berry Detox, but found out that they didn't work, also that they went on to debit my account for them. They then again debited it two weeks later! They then sent me another lot, where I then sent it back with a cancellation letter and request for refund and explaining that it was useless. From which I heard nothing. Yesterday I received another lot, but I haven't checked my account but I'm sure that they have debited it again.
Seeing that I live in Australia it's too difficult to ring them, so what am I to do? I want it to stop and refund my money.

I ordered Acai Berry Detox from a website on Web MD...read some articles on the website and was impressed with the results. Not going down to the bottom of the page where the fine print was, I did not realize that a trial offer meant that you had to cancel if not satisfied. Found this out when I opened my checking acct and to my dismay $120 was taken out of my acct. I called to complain and tell them that their product was a scam and I wanted my money back. Wow what assholes...they told me I was out of luck. Several entries down on my bank statement was a charge of $80 for a colon cleansing product...a product that I didn't order, nor did I receive. Come to find out this company is a sister company of AcaiBerryDetox.com. They also refused to refund my money and when I told them that I never received the product, all they would do was to send me the product...NO THANKS! Hard lesson, but these companies need to be shut down.
