this is a complete scam. failed to list contraindications for use on order. billed $80+ dollars w/o authorization.

I ordered this product in May of 2009. I thought because Rachael Ray lent her name to the product, she thought it was a great product. I did do a little research, there were no side effects and it was to help lose belly fat, just what I needed. well there was not side effects, that part was true, INCLUDING LOSING WEIGHT! I gained 2 pounds, I still have the bellyfat.
I went to use the debit card today, (We have it only for emergencies, and keep very little cash it in, in case our cards are stolen) and this afternoon we have a negative balance. The bank informed us who it was, I called to cancel my order and I was informed by the customer service rep, (she did not speak english very well at all and was VERY hard to understand) that the small bottle that I had recv'd 4 weeks ago with 60 pills inside, (take 2 daily) was the charge for $81.00 was the three months supply that was sent. How can this bottle be a 3 months supply if the bottle has only 60 pills and you have to take 2 daily? She just kept repeating the $81.00 charge was for the "Free Trial" bottle that was sent in May.
I have cancelled my account with them, and I got a cancellation #, but who knows how good this is. We are cancelling our bank cards, (this is the banks recommendation) and I will not be so gullable next time.
I could not get my money back, and now I have bank charges for the negative amount in my account.
PLEASE no not believe this product, the only correct statement they have is "no side effects".

Somebody needs to do something about this. There is no product (beyond the first free bottle), this is flat out FRAUD, CREDIT CARD FRAUD and a SCAM. They charge "international" credit card charges, yet they are located in Florida (or not?). I have so far a total of 14 charges on my credit card - WHAT'S WRONG HERE?????

Like many others on this complaint forum I ordered a trial supply of this product for $2.79. I should have known something was up when instead of just a small trial amount of capsules (say 5 or less) turned out to be a bottle containing 60 capsules. Nobody's giving away 60 capsules for less than $3.00. Today I have learned "the rest of the story." My debit card has been billed $87.13. You call their number & get one of three things: music, a person who barely speaks English who asks one question & then is gone, the 3rd is the opening intro menu which takes you nowhere but to another source of frustration. I have called my bank. Thanks to these scam artists, I now have to be issued a new card with an entirely different number so this can't happen again. The bank vows to investigate this & get the $$$ back into my account. I have had this same VISA debit card # for yrs. & I hate to see it go because of such a fraud as this. I hope someone investigates these people and shuts down their website and their company entirely.

I also got free trail and paid the $3.95 and within what they said was my trail period I was charged 87.13 The web site said that there is a 30 day money back guarantee. But all the customer service rep said is that the fourteen day trail period was up. It is very unfair to start a trail period before you even get the product. I feel that I will not trust ordering any product like again. The company should be sued for play of words.
