I ORDER A FREE SAMPLE OF ACAI BERRY PAYING ONLY $4.95 FOR SHIPING AND AFTER 1 WEEK I WAS CHARGED FOR 87.13 WHEN I VEVER RECIVE ANY PRODUCT. I THINK SAMPLE IS A SAMPLE THEY ARE CONTINUN DOING FRAUD WHIY PEOPLE, PLEASE SOME BODY CAN HELP TO STOP THIS KIND OF FRAUD.

mrs lynches complaint
I myself have not been satisfied with the acai berry detox product but spoke to someone immediately on the phone. I was able to cancel my membership. I had already been charged the same amount, but this was my fault for not canceling before the next monthly billing for the next bottle. I will respond again if I do not receive my second bottle that has already been paid for. They do have certain hours of operation. I believe that their hours are mon thru fri from 8am to 5pm. try to reach them during those hours.

robbery/scam
I ordered a sample for the fee of $3.95 for s&h. Iread the terms that you had two weeks to try product. You needed to notify of cancelling at this time. After two weeks I still had not received my sample. When I called to find out where my sample was, all they could do was give some excuss that was a delay is shipping. The rep then asked if I wanted to cancel, I replied yes because I don't want to pay for anything I have not received. I find out the next day they charged my account $87.13. I called back spoke to a rep who said she would expidite my refund, 3-5 days. I still have no product to try never did receive one. I wait and no return to my account. I call back ask for a supervisor, I was put on hold for over 1&1/2 hours with nobody to pick up. I then call my bank, they help to try to resolve with no luck. I call this company two more times each time told it's in process 3-5 days. This whole ordeal has been of a span of three months and 8 days. This company steals your money and send you nothing, and then they lie to you.

overcharged on Visa card
I was very stupid and order this weight loss product over the internet.
The ad advertised that someone from the town where I live had lost weight with a combination of the ACAI BERRY and the PURITY 12. On an inpulse I ordered both products. It stated in the ad that you paid shipping and the product was FREE. I just got my statement. On 3-23-09 I was charged $87.13 for the ACAI BERRY. On 3-24-09 I was charged $74.95 for the PURITY 12. This is charged at the time I ordered. They should have both been free. Also on my statement was three more charges from ACAI BERRY. On 4-7-09 a $1.95 charge, $2.00 charge and a charge for $83.18 all from ACBERRY COLON HEALTH. I called and cancelled everthing I could, but still feel that I was scammed and this company is very unethical. I have lost money that I could not afford to lose because of false advertising. They need to be out of business.

Ripped Me Off
I ordered this product off of an Acai Berry Detox advertisement and they said I only needed to pay 3.99 and thaths it for a free trial. They had no terms and conditions on their product and I was charged twice for a product I never recieved and paid for. Its a scam they oppened an account in my name with out myy permission and charged my card with out my permission. They havnt refunded me any money back or sent me a product I never asked for or recieved. Its a SCAM and it sucks. Screw Acai Berry and its products and company. I urge every one who this has happened to to complain to the Better Business Bureau.

Refund
I also did the same thing as everyone else sending in a complaint. I saw the show on oprah about the pills and decided to go on the Internet and see about it. Everything looked good so I order the acai berry detox, I did receive the product for the 3.95 and soon as it got to me I called the very same day before the 14 day trial was up and canceled it through their automated system. It even gave me a confirmation number. Next thing I know I'm looking at my bank statement and I was charged 89.17 for the trial free bottle I had already recieved. I called them and this time I waited to speak to a operator. They tried to to tell me that I had never called in and canceled my order and that the confirmation number I had didn't exsit. I told the operator that I did call and cancel as soon as I recieved the pills by their automated system and I tried to let them know then that their automated system doesn't work. The operator then said that she would do the cancellation right then and there, but I would still be charged for the pills I recieved which were suppose to be the trial bottle I order. To make a long story short I talked to a supervisor named Sandy Harvery, who eventually said that the company would refund the 87.19 back to my card. Sandy told me that I would recieve an email within the next two days and to call back then. I have not recieved an email yet and it has been three days. I've also called and they keep telling me the refund process isn't done yet. What I don't understand is it didn't take them long to take the money out of my account but it's taking them very long to put my money back in my account. And if the situation is not fixed soon I am gonna report them to the Better Business Bureua.``````````````````````````````````````````````````````````

Unauthorized charges
Call them within 30 days of order date for RMA number to return product. They don't read the small print themselves. Their small print says, You also have thirty days from order date to receive a refund minus shipping and handling.

Problem was that they kept telling me that the thirty days is only allowed if you called them with 14 day trial period. They refused to give me a RMA number based on this rule. A rule that isn't written in their small print. What is in their small print.

That customer can return product within 30 days of purchase date for refund minus shipping and handling. I had to get in a three way call with my bank and one of their reps. The run around was quite humorous. The Wells Fargo rep must have asked/told the FWM rep 5 times. 'Your website says refund within 30 days of purchase period...now give us the RMA number.'

The FWM rep finally gave in and followed her own small print. Remember at first, this company refused to follow their own printed word. They would not allow me to return product until I got a Wells Fargo rep to help them read the small print. Their small print.

Consumers should ask their credit card company or debit card company to help them make this FWM stand by the small print. Any rebuttal to this testimony does not negate the facts of this letter. This company will lie to you and not give you an RMA number to return product until the consumer gets their bank involved. Someone who has experience with companies like FWM.

unauthorized credit card billing
I made an order that was FREE, but I had to pay for the shipping and handling of the order. That was $3.95 that I allowed them to charge to my credit card. They charged me an additional $87.13 without my knowledge. I called them today and spoke to a supervisor named Eliza and she assured me that me account will taken care of and them money will get credited to my account. She said that they get a lot of these calls. This is a scam and people should be aware of it.

Appropriate Credits
Ordered free trial of Acai Berry Detox for $3.95 via their website. No where did it state of the order that I would be automatically be receiving additional order of this product at $83.13 plus shipping and handling. I received the first shipment and charge in March of 2009. I called immediately (866-949-0138) to cancel and received a cancellation number. I returned product and received credit for $83.13. Come April, I received another shipment of product and was charge $87.13 plus $2.00 and $1.95 for shipping and handling. Called immediately to inform them of error. I told them I wanted a complete credit of the $87.13 and the $3.95 for shipping and handling seeing it was their error. Received an email today stating was to only receive a credit for $83.18. I have disputed these charges with my credit card company. This company should be put out of business!

charge without permission
I too am regretting I ever tried the Acai Berry Detox free trial. I know have several charges on my credit card and have never ordered any of it. Buyer beware - -no STAY AWAY from this dishonest company.
Don't make a castly (time and money) mistake!
