This company changes their website address frequently. I ordered my product March 9 and was billed for shipping. I received the product about a week later. They advertise a 14 day free trial. What they don't tell you is that the trial starts when you order it, not when you receive it. I was not happy with the product and called March 25 (within 14 days of receiving the bottle) to cancel. I had already been charged the $87. The customer service rep (foreign) kept saying that I "agreed" to the stipulations of the trail period. I could find no mention of the details on the website. I asked for tracking information. They send it via UPS to USPS. It arrived in my mailbox, no signature, no papertrail. They use a free e-mail service, g-mail. This is a complete scam. Bottom line, they would not refund my money. I have a confirmation number for my cancelation. Hopefully that it is the end of it.

The ingredient list is simple. Acai, Green Tea, and caffeine. Acai is available at Wal-mart in the vitamin section for about $10.

As with so many other ripped off consumers, I'ved been trying to get my 30 day cancelation refund & all I'm told is it takes 2/3 days to process I've called them 4 times & always talk to someone new who gives me the same old story.I've even kept track of the dates, times & the people I talked to. Sad thing about this is my Bank (Sovereign) payed them not once but 3 times even thou I disputed it . Now my bank wants 3 overlimit charges plus late fees . Funny thing about this my account only had $4.00 in it after shipping and handling, a bank that I HAD accounts in for 9years. NO MORE Sovereign! If there is a Lawyer out there that would represent all of us suckers PLEASE MAKE UR SELF KNOWN I' m sure everyone like to join in & see JUSTICE SERVED.

I paid the $3.95 for the "Free" 2 week trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox. I printed my receipt, which showed only $3.95 as the amount deducted from my account. A short time later I noticed a deduction from my bank account in the amount of $87.13 from them, which I did NOT authorize. When I called them they stated I had to call to cancel or they would charge me for more product. I did not see this note on the website or my printed receipt anywhere. I did not receive any more product either. When I talked with my bank about it they told me they attempted to withdraw another $87.13, in addition to $40.00 three times, three days in a row but the bank declined them. I did call and get my $87.13 back. I am in the process of reporting them to the Attorney General and anyone else that can help stop them from stealing from innocent people. The product didn't do anything for me either. Do NOT order from FWM Labs in southern Florida!
