faudulent charges
My daughter purchased acai berry detox supplement sample online for a minimal amount then was charged $87.13 for NOTHING! When she called the number associated with the charge on her account no one answered and there was no way to track the charge. Please put a stop to this!!!

charged fraud on CC
Ordered trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox. Was charged a delivery fee on March 3rd, received shipment on March 12th and charged $87.13 on March 17th (5 days after receiving package). I tried calling their phone number only to reach recording.

In addition to being charged the two days that I took the capsules resulted in pain sensations in my toes and fingers. Once I stopped the symptoms went away.

MONEY WITHDREW FROM MY ACCOUNT
I signed up for a trial of this acai Berry detox I gave 3.97 which was fine but no where did it say on the website that I seen siad do not take if you have high blood pressure but when I got it. It said on the bottle. No other information was sent no where to call no where to send the stuff back. Now I go and check my account and they have charged me over 83.00 for this stuff and I can't use it I called the number that was on my credit statement but they would not give me back my money. Now what do I do. I have tried to cancel but not sure they will they gave me this cancel number 506123 and said it would be canceled but would not return the 83 and the change. So now what do I do from here? Please if you can help let me know. Sincerely, Mrs. Ruth Whaley

Unauthorized charges
DO NOT order this risk free trial!!! The order confirmation will say the price is $87.13 with s&h $3.95. Then they show you a discounted price of $87.13 to make you think you're paying only the S&H. Not only did this stuff not work. I suffered major headache. I figured it was the pills that was causing my headache so I stopped taking them and sure enough! They were gone.

However, the company continues to charge me $87.13 and s&h $3.95 monthly. Everyone dislikes DISHONESTY. The best way to avoid those people are to read comments like these and take our word for it. DO NOT believe this website.

Product not ordered or requested by me
Today, 16 Mar. 2009, within my USPS mail delivery I received a package w e/ USPS Delivery Confirmation No. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX 0531 58 as sent by shipper "Shipping Manager(1-866-949-0138)", 3007 Green St., Hollywood, FL 33020, but I did not recognize the shipper of this package to me; so I opened the package to see what was inside -inside this package I found one container marked "ACAI BERRY DETOX (Distributed by: FWM Laboratories, Hollywood, FL 33020) and small printed paper insert that only gave contact information: Our 24 hour support line is 866-949-0138 but absent any billing, invoice, packing slip, who ordered this product.

So, I called the 1-866-949-0138 telephone number and asked why I had received this package I did not order, but the person on the other end of this telephone conversion could only offer to take may name, wanted to get my e-mail address (which I did not give), and said that the 'shipping manager' would get back to me because I told this shipper of this product if I did not receive a reply telephone call to my home phone by this Thursday, 19 Mar. 2009 with the remedy for this product that I did not order; as a result, I would file a complaint with United States Postal Inspection Service.

Thereafter, Same day, 16 Mar. 2009 I went to my local USPS Post Office and discussed this unsolicited package sent to me and the process to file a complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service on Thursday, 19 Mar. 2009 if I have not received a remedy from this product shipper; as a result, the U.S. Post Office gave me the telephone number for Postal Inspector contact and I had the USPS counter person place a USPS date state on the outside of this shipping package that I received today; it follows, to to maintain continunity in facts -for example, what happened when and who I had talked to in a logical events progression towards solution of this item I did not order.

So, then I return home and just decide to do an Internet search using the search term '33020' and I find this http://www.complaintsboard.com as a possible search result, so here I am with my complaint story as it is progressing also.

But then, since about a week ago VISA contacted me with a frad-alert related to my VISA card with some charges; as a result, today I called back VISA with information about what I had just received today, 16 Mar. 2009, within my USPS mail delivery and what I had now discovered from my Internet search result (as you will find right-here within this website); it follows, other people have had some VISA experiences with this same zip code shipper of products. So, with my supplemental information given to VISA contact with additional information to support the VISA fraud division research into my own VISA transactions past; as a result, I hope this helps stop these unsolicited product shipping practices? We'll all know more later.

So, that is my story about this shipper of a product I did not order and my actions I have taken the day I received a package and content I did not order.

overcharged credit charge
i authorized 2.00 to be taken from my acct. but 87.00 was withdrawn. when i called the company i was told i had 15 days to try the product or i could cancel or the 87.00 would be taken from my acct. i did not have the product for 15 dsays before the money was taken out . no papers were sent with the product to say i had 15 days. if it is on the website it must be in very fine print.if i had of known it would cost this much i never would have tried it. the bottle is being returned unopened.

can't cancel
I ordered they free acai berry detox for 3.95. I then ran across a web site saying Acai berry was a scam. I immediately found a number call to cancel my order. The lady i spoke with is from India and I could not undestand her and she barely understood me. After fifteen minutes on the phone she told me she couldn't find my order or information in the system anywhere. I told her she was incorrect after all my debt card had already been charged. She insisted that there was no information and suggested that I call back tomorrow. I called back the following day and got no answer. The other line just keeps ringing. I found some other numbers to call but have been unsuccessful. I either get no answer or placed on hold then no one ever picks up. It also say that if you'd like to cancel you need to call for a number to include in your return. I also could not get ahold of anyone that way. They eventually sent me a bottle but I no longer want it and can't figure out how to return it. I cancelled my debt card because it stated if the product is not returned you will be charged and continue to be charged. I'd like to know how any business expects their product to be return without giving the costumer correct information. If anyone else know how to return these bottles comment. I would suggest not buying this product. I've been doing some research and have found a lot of people have been scammed by this company.

FRAUD - BILLING ISSUES
THIS IS A SCAM. Basically my story is like all the others I've been reading on this site. It all started on 12/23/2008 and I've yet to hear a peep from anyone. I finally filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and was told yesterday 3/10/2009, that my file was closed due to the "company" not responding to ALL of the complaints against them. I have also filed a complaint with the Consumer Protection folks, which is the only thing left to do if the BBB can't do anything.
I can't believe that nobody can help all the folks being scammed out of their money. $87.13 might not be a lot to some people but it's my hard-earned money and I don't think this Brian Weiss character (contact person for FWM Labs) has the right to have it.
I really hope there is some resolution for everyone out there. I'm SO angry that I will continue to fight this. I've also learned a lot about my bank and the way they process investigations for unauthorized charges.
DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. They shut down websites and email addresses faster than water going down the drain!! The customer service people are also horrible and they will lie to you. If you ask for a supervisor, good luck, you never get one. The longest I waited for one to pick up my call was 56 minutes.

Fraud
After reading complaints from other people - I realized I wasn't the only one ripped off.

On 2/17/09 I placed an order online from Acai Berry Detox. The trial offer was for a 30 day supply of product with a 30 day money back guarantee. The trial stated I would be billed immediately $2.00 for the product and $1.95 for shipping, totaling $3.95. The website specifically states 30 day money back guarantee. There is even a gold certificate claiming this statement.

On 3/4/09 (15 days after the original purchase) I was charged $87.13 on my credit card. I immediately called Acai Berry Detox and they told me all they could do was cancel my subscription. I never signed up for a subscription, I signed up for a $2.00 trial offer with a 30 day money back guarantee! I told the representative that I wanted a refund and I’d mail the product back. She said no, all they were able to do was cancel my subscription (which I did).

They misrepresented themselves with the 30 day money back guarantee and fraudulently charged my credit card without authorization.

Beware - they're a rip off!
