I ordered by internet their offer for free acai berry detox with only
$3.99 s/h, but of course, I have to give them my credit card acct #.
I was then charge $87.13 for the product and they kept sending me
their products which I did not even order. They won't answer any
phone calls.
This has been going on for a long time, after reading all the complaints,
what are the complaints board doing about it?
How will I know that something is being done, so other people doesn't have to go through this, especially those who are already in despair of
losing weight

WHAT A SCAM!!! ORDERED FREE SAMPLES FOR $3.95 EA. OF THE LIFE CLEANSE AND DETOX. WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY TO MY ACCOUNT. BEFORE I RECEIVED THE 1ST SAMPLE I WAS CHARGED 87.13. I IMMEDIATELY CALLED TO CANCEL BOTH ORDERS. GOT REFUND ON THE DETOX, BUT NOW HAS BEEN 2 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING FOR REFUND ON SECOND CANCELLATION. THIS IS SUCH A SCAM. I NEVER DID RECEIVE THE LIFE CLEANSE THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR. DON 'T FALL FOR THIS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER YOU HAVE TO CALL THEM TO CANCEL OR CANCEL YOUR BANKING INSTITUTION.

I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry Detox and was charged the shipping on that bottle then discovered that I had been charged $87.13 for the same bottle since I didn't cancel within so many days. I then got another bottle in the mail and another charge of $87.13. With the last bottle there was a paper included that had a 24 hour support line #866-949-0138. I called that number and got a woman who I could not understand but I think she said she cancelled my account and gave me a cancellation confirmation number but that was just for the 2nd bottle. She said I couldn't be refunded for the first one because it was over 30 days since I had received it. I checked my credit card statement and discovered that with the 2nd charge of $87.13 a different company name was listed with a different phone number so I called that number today. Got a man who was easier to understand but I had to keep asking him over and over to confirm what I was hearing him say. He finally told me to return the 2 bottles to the address on the package and gave me a Return # and he said he would escalate the request to the refund department and that I will get an e-mail confirming a refund after the refund dept. receives the product from me. I am keeping a good record of everything said etc. and even taking photos of the product and sending a letter with them stating the employee# of the person I talked to (I asked him for that #). So we will see what happens. I am usually so careful about ordering online and never have had any problems. This is definately a problem and I will be more careful in the future! Hopefully I will get my refund.

I ordered a trial and they charged my account 87.68 two times and I never ordered any products. I cannot reach anyone when I call to find out what's going on and tell them I did not order.

I have cancelled my card and recieved a new one. Still I have to watch my card.

Company never mailed the product and I cannot reach anyone by phone. It answers put you on hold for about 15 minutes and then when it answers a recording says, "that extension is not available". When I emailed the company the email was returned to me as:

This happened to me twice. I have canceled my credit card so as not to be charged any more.
