I, along, with many others fell into the trap of a miracle product. As I had heard from many people how Acai Berry is the newest and greatest anitoxidant, I thought I would try this offer. Unfortunately, after the free product (paid shipping and handling of 3.95) I decided this product was not worthy of pursuing more. Without authorization, I had a charge of 138.95 on my statement!!!I did recieve the product about two weeks. After talking to a friend in Winnipeg who also been scammed with the same product I decided to take action!!! I call ed the company and they assured me that my membership has been cancelled...next step is to make sure the company is blocked from submitting charges to my account! Beware, if it sounds to good to be true, it is!!!

THESE PEOPLE DEBUTED MY CHECKING ACCOUNT FOR OVER $300.00 BEFORE I REALIZED IT AND WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THAT I COULD NOT GET A REFUND BUT THAT THEY WOULD GIVEME A TRACKING NUMBER SO THAT I COULD TRY TO LOCATE THE PRODUCT THAT I DID NOT ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE. I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO TAKE ANY ADDITIONAL MONEY OTHER THAT THE INITIAL $1.98. AND I DID CALL TO CANCEL AND WAS TOLD THAT SHE COULD NOT LOCATE MY FILE AT THAT TIME AND THAT SHE WOULD MAKE A NOTE AND TAKE CARE OF IT .I AM GOING TO KEEP TRYING WITH MY BANK BECAUSE THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACED ME BEFORE ALLOWING ANYONE TO TAKE THAT MUCH MONEY WITHOUT MY CONSENT.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THESETYPES OF SCAMS BECAUSE THIS SHOUL BE AGAINST THE LAW AND THESE COMPANIES SHOULD BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULLEST.

Order Acai Berry Detox offered at .99 for a 30 day trial, I received a confirmation call and given a phone number to cancel within 15 days so as not to be sent and charged for additional bottles. I called the number given to me to cancel and it disconnect. I called again and canceled. On 10/22 Wellness Lab charged my account $86.42, I called and them I canceled this. They said I didn't cancel within the 15 days (I did). They said they would cancel then so I would not be charged and receive any more bottles. I did not get a cancellation #. On 11/5 I was charge another $86.42, I called again and was told that another order had been shipped. I said I had canceled, she said when I received the shipment, return it (she gave me a cancellation number and a number to put on the box to return the product) and they would refund the second $86.42. It is 12/4 and I have not been refunded any money.
