billing fraudulently
This co. is a scam from the word go!! when you reach their "customer service" dept as it were they are in no way helpful...WILL NOT!! transfer anyone to their billing dept...they continue to send their product, after being told not to, and of course continue to bill for same with out permission...someone smarter than I needs to look at this disgraceful company...i want my money back!!

Unethical business practice
I thought I would try the Acai Berry Detox and Life Cleanse 14-day trials offered on the internet. Once I received the product, I realized that I was receiving a full bottle and would be charged $87 for just opening the product. I immediately called FWM's 24-hour number and was told that my account would be closed as asked and I would not be charged for the product. The next day I was charged the full amount of $87. I called again and asked for an email address to file a comlplaint and the agent was hesitant to give me the address. I pressed and got an incorrect address. I called again today to get a correct email address and the agent was again hesitant to give it to me. What kind of company would not give a consumer an email address for customer service? I find this company's procedures unethical and unfair. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone and in fact I think they should be put out of business. They are extremely shady!

Diet Products
I order some diet products in november from FWM laboratories located in Holywood, FL. after my 14 days trial they keep charging me from my Bank Account, when i call to cancel before the 14 days free trial, they have charge me $83.98 since then.

Unauthorized Credit Card Charges
Ordered trial product on 12/9/08. Did not receive product however was charged the $3.95 for trial offer S&H. I called on 12/29/08 and cancelled any further product however on 1/2/09 was charged $87.13. I called again on 2/9/09 and was assured that the refund was in process and would take 7-10 business days from my cancellation on 12/29/08. As of today (1/17/09) I have not received the refund. I called again today to complain about the situation and also to ask for a refund of the $3.95 on the trial offer that I never received.

scam artist
I wish I read this prior to my scam happening unfortuanatly we ordered around the same time. I to got scammed by them they are billing me 2x in a twelve day period as well. I don't know where you live but if this is their true address they are in trouble I live in Hollywood about 15 mins from them. I got charged inse3ad of the trial $3.95 like they stated $87.13 also. That also got me to be overdrafted with my bank (NOT HAPPY). PLEASE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY ANYONE!!!

I WAS TOO RIPPED OFF BY THE COMPANY. NOW I HAVE SPENT 2+ HRS ON THE PHONE OVER THE LAST TWO DAYS OF ME ATTEMPTING TO GET MY REFUND. I WAS HUNG UP ON AND LIED TO DURING MY ATTEMPTS. I WAS CHARGED THE 87.13. THEY CLAIM I HAVE A REFUND WITH A CANCELLATION CODE, BUT I DON'T BELIEVE IT.

Didn't order, charged my account
Same as all the other complaints. Got the free bottle, got charged $88.00 for another bottle I never received. Is there any way to get a refund???
