Fradulent sales
I ordered this product via internet, the next night a rep from the company called to sell me more products, I stressed I wanted only to receive the free trial. This month I received 2 boxes, I called the company and they gave me a code to put on the boxes to return and credit my charge card. I received my credit card bill and there are 4 charges for this product. I again picked up the phone and called the company. The rep wanted only to argue with me. Said I had 17 days to cancel my future orders. Explained I told the rep that called me I onlyl wanted the free trial. She replied stating it was not a company rep. She continued to repeat that I had 17 days to cancel and person that called was not a rep. I told her I was not stupid and I understand. I asked for a manager MANY times. She said I must calm down. I told her I was, didnt I sound like it? I told her I understand that she could not make any changes but I wanted to speak with a manager, she would not do so. I then asked for the address to make a formal complaint, she said she didnt have that information. I asked her how she could work for a company and not have the address. I again asked for a manager and she hung up on me!

did not order
I ordered a couple of samples (acai berry and life cleanser detox) online from this company and yesterday recieved a package in the mail for acai berry at a cost of 138.59 Canadian to my credit card without my knowledge. Apparently when you order a sample (like it or not...) you automatically recieve more at their discretion and automatically charge your credit card...You are now a MEMBER. This is extremely unethical and fraudulent. I will persue this to the full extent until my credit card is cleared of these charges. Apparently I have another on the way which I am sure has been charged to my credit card. I will contact a lawyer if neccessary.

Unauthorized payment
I ordered the so called FREE trial, paid postage and received 2 bottles of pills, then 2 amounts of £73.13 were taken from my Bank Account a month later. I phoned to cancel and repeatedly asked to be reasured that I would not be charged further and obtained a cancellation number. However, this experience has upset me deeply and after reading reports, I am very worried that they may STEAL more money from me. They must be stopped.

I paid the P&P for the free sample WHICH I DIDNT RECEIVE!! Then I went to the shop and tried to make a purchace but my card was declined because £75 was taken from my account by this f**kin con company!!

Acai Berry Detox
When I ordered Acai Berry, I received a comfirmation e-mail by James Thomas saying "We have successfully processed your order. We hope you enjoy the items that you have purchased. We deeply appreciate your business and hope to hear from you soon. Total Charges: 5.95" Days later, I called my called my bank to know about my balance and i had less money than what i was supposed to. A representative told me i had a charge for $79.50 from ACAI BERRY.
This is very sad! IF ANYONE KNOWS A COSTUMER SERVICE NUMBER PLEASE REPLY TO THIS !

Rip-off artists
They are total rip-off artists. I got charged $86.42 and returned a second bottle that they shipped to me and never got a credit for it so I got it twice. Don't do it they are horrible. They don't even have their corporate headquarters in the US, it is Cyprus. I am sure because of their business practices. I am not giving up on getting my money back. Totally PO'd!!!

80.00 charge for sample
Don't order Acai Berry Detox or Colon Cleanse, they will send you a sample bottle and then bill your account for 80.00 dollars 17 days after you place the order for the sample.You wont receive your sample for two weeks.They ripped me off for 162.00 dollars and theirs nothing you can do about it, so whatever you do don't order their junk!!!

Total scam
I ordered a free trial of acai berry after seeing it in a magazine. it was £3.95 shipping. i recieved the tablets and i didnt think they did anything so i put them in the bin. That was 2months ago i went to my bank account to collect my wages to discover this company has took £72.50 then another £78.40 fifteen minutes later. so i cancelled my card and reported it to the bank i phoned the bank and the company has took a further £80.00 and the bank can't stop them! i am a poor student at the best of times and now i have lost £230. it is a total scam!
