I want to cancel my order but have no luck in calling 1-866 number I keep getting acia pills.
I can not take the product because it does not work for me.

Scam - not a free sample
This is a major scam - DO NOT BUY THE FREE SAMPLE @ SHIPPING COSTS ONLY!!!
It's written god knows where in their terms and conditions that you are agreeing to pay over $100.00 for the sample free bottle you originally ordered if you DO NOT CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION with 15 days after placeing the FREE order.
You don't even have the product before you have to cancel.
You don't realize this until you receive your next credit card statement that shows the first charge of $5.00 and the next charge for the purchase price of the FREE bottle because you didn't cancel within the 15 day period.
By the time you have received your credit card statement and realize what's going on and then phoneyour credit card company for help, another bottle has left the warehouse and another charge will show up on the next statement that you havn't even reached the billing date of yet.
Your credit card company can not help you because you agreed to these terms by accepting and paying for the FREE BOTTLE for the company to continue sending the product and charging your card.
You have to cancel your subscription with the company and get the confirmation number in order to stop being charged.
I just 10 minutes ago went to their website and got a phone number that was different from the one on my credit card. The one on my credit card was not active.
I lucked out because I call the customer service number on their website and got through.
I spoke to a person and cancelled and got the cancellation number.
I am now suppose to receive an email with in the next 3 to 5 days confirming the cancelation.
The call was 10 minutes long - so how much will that cost me.
My first bottle sent to me after the FREE BOTTLE only came to me 5 days ago, and is still sitting at the post office with $12.00 duty to be paid if I want it.
I was told another bottle was sent out to me 5 days ago, because this is a monthly shipement according to the terms and conditions I agreed to, and I would be refunded for the bottle at the post office now and the one that was just sent out 5 days ago but there is no way the company will refund me the first charge of over $100.00 for the FREE BOTTLE.
Also she said don't bother to send any bottles back because they will just distroy them even thought they are going to credit me the 2nd and 3rd charges, so I might as well keep them.
This will cost you well over a $100.00 that is not refundable depending on where you live and what your currancy is.
I live in Canada and the non refundable charge for me is $130.00 plus the cost of the phone call, if I don't have to call again, and the $12.00 duty on 2 bottles if I decide to pick them up at the post office.
I was told they are 8 hours a head of my time so I called at 12:05 am making it 8:05 am there, so maybe I wasl lucky and got through so fast because it was early and maybe they just opened the phone lines because it was definately a large phone room they were working out of because of the noise in the background.
BEWARE - BEWARE - BEWARE!!!AND GOOD LUCK IF YOU FELL INTO THIS TRAP!!!
WHAT A FUCKING SCAM THEY HAVE GOING ON.

Refund of Monies Owed
I was sent a product to use for a 30 day money back guarantee. I sent it back since I was not happy with the product.
Before the 30 days was over, they went into my checking account and charged me full price ($160) for the two products and refuse to refund my money even though I sent the product back.

unauthorized charges scam
I fell for the same scam I keep getting the run around about my refund they say i Got a credit back on my account but my bank said that is not true They Got me for over 100.00 bucks Does any one want to do a class action law suit ?? I do but don't know how. My e mail is [email protected] |

Unauthorized money taken from credit card account!!
An advertisement caught my eye promoting a free trial of Acai Berry & Life Cleanse dietary supplements. I paid for the P&P giving my credit card details & received the free trial shortly after. I tried the acai berry supplements but felt nauseaus after a few days so stopped taking them, which put me off trying the life cleanse supplements. Two months later I received a credit card statement and to my horror I was charged a total of £154 by this company! I got straight onto my credit card company who immediately cancelled my card so that future payments could not be taken out and gave me a telephone number to ring as I was informed that there have been many complaints about this scam. I rang the number I was given (0203 1399 027), spoke to what sounded like an Asian lady by the name of Wanessa (?) who said I should have read the terms & conditions and that I would not be entitled to a refund. I said that future payments that would be taken out of my account was not made clear and that I've received nothing apart from the free trial for the money taken from my account. I said I was not satisfied and asked for the name of the Managing Director as I wish to take the matter further. She would not give me the name and put the phone down on me!! To say I'm angry would be an understatement. How dare this company take money from my account without my permission, how can they get away with it? I've since discovered many others finding themselves in the same position as me. I really cannot afford to lose this amount of money especially at this time of year. Is there any way that myself and who knows how many others can get their money back?

Unauthorized Billing
I ordered a sample to be sent and paid a small shipping fee with my credit card. My card was billed for $0.99 and $86.42 and I never received a sample. Tried to call their 866 number and just got a please hold tape for 20 minutes. My bank will reverse the charge, but I would have to pay them $29 to put a stop payment in my account for future charges. I really is a scam.

Sham Company
Trading Planet Ltd advertised the Acai Berry Detox for £3.95 special offer.But one month later, I received another supply without my consent at a charge of £82.95. I have phoned my Bank straightaway and found that they had passed my account details to other company which had already debited my account for £74.00 for some skin care product, completely to my surprise.PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ( Trading Planet Ltd) .

will not cancel order
I signed up for a trail sample of this Paid for that they just kept coming at 86.42 a pop. I have tried to cancel several times. It is true they do not answer their phones. I did get through awhile ago with a cancel number of 20522846 I am going to call my credit card company and put a restriction notice on this company. It is a scam do not get in to this program if you want to get scammed
