Brittney Spears was on Jay Leno telling everyone that she has lost weight thanks to Acai Berry Detox. So, I got on their website for a free trial offer. They are great about taking down all your information plus credit card number and charged me $.99 for S&H. Then about 10 days later I received their product. I opened the bottle and gave it a try. Then my credit card statement arrived, I had been charged $86.42 by some company called wellnesslab. When I called my credit card company they told me it was for the Acai Berry Detox and that they had charged me again 14 days later. So, in one month’s time I have two charges on my acct. total + $172.84. WHAT? What happened to a free trial? I have called every phone number on all sites but I am unable to get a human to answer. And they play the NUT CRACKER music in your ear as high pitched as possible. On other websites it claims they will not issue you money back unless you have an authorized RMA# which they are suppose to give you. I can not seem to get that number from anyone. No one responds to emails. All I can say is document everything, take pictures, save all packages, and send it back with a receipt from your post office! Let your credit card company know that you want to dispute this charge and keep record of everything. Then go to the BBB and register a complaint. Good news, my credit card company is being very supportive and they said this isn't the first complaint they have encountered with this company. Oh and BEWARE they use several different alias names to charge on your acct. we have recorded 5 different attempts to charge on my acct. (wellnesslab, protberryhealth, trendyacai.com, Acai fit, and xtremeberri). These are all the same people. Oprah, Brittney and the other celebrities endorsing these products should be ashamed of themselves. The products really don't work and the hardship us hard working Americans are enduring is unfair!!!

Offered a .99cent fre trial. Order cancelled and nver received a charge of .99 & 79.62 was charged to my account. Upon trying to reach the company, yu get put on hold. Trying to reach there website only gets yu another order, though they claim it is a way to contact them by e-mail.

I have tried calling more than once and get a recording and placed on 'hold' ... says only available 9-6 EST or on website via chat, or via email --- HAHAHAHA ... this company sent a free sample of these pills, now i have received another lot costing 82 pound I did not authorise more tablets, unable to find email address to cancel these tablets, what can I do?

I too was scammed by these MO Fo's!!! They have taken over $600 of my hard earned money!!!
I have had to cancel my mastercard debit card, but i am still worried they are going to charge me more, as i got another lot in the post today!!!
I have had no luck with the Phone #. It says it is the wrong number. I am calling from Australia, so i don't know what the +44 is in front of the phone number supplied.
Can anyone enlighten me on th above phone number and how i get it to work, or on the fact that they have had their credit card cancelled and issued a new one and have no problems anymore. I am desperate to rectify this, but how, when you can't get hold of the slippery buggers!!!
