I bought the Acia Berry Detox free trial believing I was only paying for the postage and package and I found that on 29/09/09 my credit card showed a debit to Anti-age Access =39064523044GBR to the value of £4.23 so I thought nothing of it as it was reasonable for the postage and packing. I then got my statement through and found that there was a debit on 16/10/09 to Anti-age Access for £75.14. I did not authorise this transaction and i have been advised by my credit card company that these people have taken another £72 approximately 2 days ago!. Iam beside myself. The credit card company say that we have to cancel with these people but I don't even know how to do this.Please iof anyone out there knows how I can deal with this I need to know asap.

I ordered the free trial of the acai berry detox and life cleanse on the 7/10/09, on the webpage it was a special offer that day only pay 99p shipping and handling so I jumped at the great offer, unfortunatley I didn't read the terms and conditions properly. When I checked my online banking on thee 9/10/09 I discovered I had been charged £4.24 handling and shipping for each item also a £1.50 charge on top of that. I went back onto the webpage and read the terms and conditions and discovered about the 15 day cancellation which I have been trying to do without much success. I checked my bank account again on the 24/10/09 and found out that smarthealth +35 924 917 4 GB had taken out £74.49 aswell as £1.50 charge. On the same day agedefy +39 064 523 0 GB had taken out the same amounts and charges, I am at my wits end I have been calling numbers on the webpage but had no luck, I got through to one of the numbers I found and was told that my account was closed on November 08. I didn't have an account with this company last year, if I did I wouldn't be daft enough to join them again. I am now going to talk to my bank to see if they can cancel from this end so they will be able to stop money from being deducted by those scammers. Any helpful advice or tips would be most welcome.

You order for secial promotion Life Cleanse Diet pills as a trial, for £1.00 but in their Terms & Conditions have the right to send you more at a cost of £79 + £3.95 postage. Be aware they aren't that good! The phone number isn't a UK based one so could be Premium rate, wouldn't confirm if they would do a refund on return of product, telephonist has just put the phone down on me saying they will correspond via e-mail only!!

Think carefully before you use this promotion on the internet!!

I had no other samples sent not that i want any more samples i just want my money back!!! they took three payments in one month thats not a monthly subscription please help me get my money back i had no money for my rent because of this iam now homeless this is serious!

I ordered a free sample of Acai Berry and Colon Cleanse and had to give my Visa card number for the postage to be paid on same. I did receive the two little bottles. Suddenly, on the above dates, I was charged two amounts by both companies (in other words 4 amounts) exceeding $130 Aust EACH...for goods I did not order, nor received. I am absolutely furious and want this stopped.

I have received a jar of A. Berry tabs for $79 having not given permission for this.
$82 have been deducted from my account. How do I stop this?
