I ordered the "Free Trial" which I never received, so I cancelled the order so I wouldn't be charged again. 2 months later they sent out a shipment of the product and charged my card $80.10. I called them to complain and they said to return it to get a refund...which I did...but now they're saying that I didn't get a return authorization number, so now they refuse to refund my credit card! Even though they have the product back! This is the biggest SCAM I've ever seen.

I ordered this so called miracal product over the phone and expected to get a 10day trial .The company neglects to tell you that the trial starts as soon as the phone call ends and i did't even get the product until 2 wks .after the phone transaction!! I'm not sure if the product will really work for anyone but it did'nt work for me!!and i just wanted to lose a few pounds like 10lbs. and that did'nt even come off.But, guess what the charges came up on my credit card 79.95 and i've been trying ever since to dispute it because of breech of contract due to the fact of the 10day trial period. please if anyone help me with ant supporting info. please contact me at [email protected]. thank you, kim

This is a FRAUDULENT Company. I ordered the ACAI BERRY & COLON CLEANSE. I read all the fine print and I knew that my 14 day free trial began the day they actually shipped not from the day I received the product. I used the tracking number to check when it actually shipped and was in my city Post office to call them. I called on Oct. 14th to cancel and was told it needed to be return postmarked in 6 more days. With the RMA# which was the same as the order #. I was told it was canceled and would not be charged if I returned it postmarked before the 20th. They had not even shipped the Acai berry yet but was told it was shipping out that day and needed to be postmarked by the 26th. I received the colon cleanse on the 15th and I took out my 14 days worth for my free trial and went directly to the post office. I paid $1.80 to return it with delivery confirmation. I checked it made it back to them on the 20th which it only needed to be postmarked by. I did the same thing with the Acai berry, I received it the 21st, I took out my 14 day trial and went directly to the post office, they also received it the day it was supposed to be postmarked on the 26th of October. GUESS WHAT? MY VISA COMPANY called this morning to say that a known fraudulent company had placed two charges on my account. One was charged on the 20th, and the other on the 26th. those were supposed to be postmarked dates not actual received dates. Anyway my charge company said they were an overseas international company and are running a SCAM!! When they saw the second charge a red flag went up and they called me to verify the charges. I told them the story and they are denying the charges, and any future charges by this company. So I suggest anyone who has ordered from this company to call their charge card company immediately and let them know when you have canceled the product, and to deny any further charges from the company. To be honest I haven't even tried the product I am too afraid too!! If they are a fraudulent company, how do I know the product isn't fraudulent also??

GET YOUR MONEY BACK! For everyone who was suckered into this product, as I was, make a phone call to 866-949-0138 and tell them that you want to return this product for a full refund. Ask them for, what they call, an RMA #. Make sure to have them repeat it several times to confirm that it is correct. Ship the bottle back to them with the RMA# taped to the outside of the package as well as the the product itself, but make sure you get some kind of tracking number. They will refund your money in full if you have a tracking number. I tried to ship it back to them, but because I shipped it priority mail w/out a tracking number, they claimed not to have received the product. For those of you who have changed you debit/credit card numbers, just notify your bank that you will be receiving a refund to your old account number and they can transfer the funds. This company is a scam, though when you accuse them of that, they will deny it until they are blue in the face. Hopefully this helps some of you, if not most of you, get your money back.

on 2 seperate occasions my card was charged 79.95 with the ISA feee of .64 cents even after I called to cancel before my free trial was up!! 160 dollars for a 14 day trial is BULL!!! One transaction came through as oberry the other came through as wellnesslab. Beware this is a major scam! Would like to get involved with any class action suit going on [email protected]
