Fraudulent Company
They offer you a free trial (3.78 $) of their product and even after I cancelled it, 6 weeks later they charged my account for 79.99 and there is nothing that you can do. They do not care, you can not return the product and they will no reimburse your money. They are rude and do not care if you are satisfied with the product or not. It is an scam and this company should not be allowed to keep stealing money from honest people that believe in their product

Did not order
I got my first order in April, and what with my mother going into the hospital, my losing my employment, I put off getting in touch with them. Then came the second shipment.
I went on the web, I found to site.
I will stop the charges, but other than that, I have no recourse.
Thank you.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING
I ordered this product on line and now they won't give me a refund. I have tried numerouse times to reach them by phone. After 3 shipments I finally reached them by phone for a cancellation. I now have a cancellation notice and will see if they stop the orders and charges. My credit card has been charged 3 times for 69.90 on what I thought was a free trial offer. This is a scam and I cannot return for refund only try another "worthless" product. I will complain to the better business bureau and let all my friends and family know that this product and free trial are a rip off. The entire add is very missleading and I didn't read anything about an auto shipment in the add. I thought I was signing up for a free trial offer. These practices should not be allowed and I will see what I can do to close down this organization.

Comment
LOVE the product. Most people on this board seem to want a "quick" fix. The product takes time to work, and I have had no problems in dealing with GNS / Nutralane. They are always prompt and courteous when I call. To date - I have lost 20 pounds. Give it some time - some of our metabolisms take longer to get into the swing of things.

False advertising of Free Product
Be careful when buying this FREE product. It's NOT. Depending on the website you use, the real cost and the fact that you are being signed up for recurring shipments is buried 3 levels down in the advertising. The Terms and Conditions, usually reserved for things like using the product at your own risk, and what to do if there is a problem with the product... etc. supposedly informs you of the recurring order and fee you will be charged. It's like reading the fine print on the back of the Lowe's sales slip. We are so overexposed to the embedded Terms and Conditions - I didn't read them and got zapped with $79.90 from NutraLane Vitamins (parent company of GNS). Becareful of Truth in Advertising.

Scam-Total rip off
I ordered "free trial" of Acia Berry Edge, paid $4.95 for shipping and handling, that is how they get your credit card number. Received 2 bottles of Acia Berry Edge in about a week with a small invoice saying that I am enrolled in VIP club. Had to cancel credit card because since I ordered this product, weird charges for several dollars started to appear on my statement. These charges were brought to my attention by my credit card company who urge to me to close out the credit card. I thought that was the end of my problem. On the 24th day after placing order I received an email stating that the credit card I gave them was not valid and that I owed them $79.95. If I did not call their customer service line they would send me to collections. I was flawed. I emailed them immediately and cancelled my VIP membership (you are automatically enrolled when your order your "free trial") and told them I was dissatisfied with product and will gladly return it to them. They responded by saying I owe them $79.95 because I did not send it back to them during the 21 day trial period. They continued to email me the terms and conditions I supposely agreed to when I ordered the product. Make sure you read the small print. Shame on me because I know nothing is for free in this world and I got scammed big time. At this point in time I am debating whether they have a case and can send my to collections. To be honest I will probably send them a money order for $79.95 just to be done with this whole thing. Please do not order this product from this company, learn from me and the others that have written in. Best way to lose weight is to watch your calorie intake and exercise.
