Silly me for not researching. Trial ordered 2/2/08. Never received. Tried repeatedly to contact. Either phone call would not go through or on hold for an average of 40 minutes, then phone would disconnect. Got a real person finally on 2/27/08. In the meantime I had been charged $79 for an automatic shipment. They supposedly cancelled my "membership" at this time and reported my missing trial product. 3/7/08, still no trial product or automatic shipment product received. Called again. Was on hold for 35 minutes, asked to speak to a supervisor, got disconnected. Called back, asked for the same thing, put on hold for 30 minutes Was spoken to by a supervisor allegedly named Michelle Albright. Previous service rep. never noted in my file that I hadn't received the trial shipment. Was told to give them 2 days to trace the shipment and to email her directly daily on its status. Email for first two days were unanswered, next 6 days emails were returned as undeliverable. Called back 3/15/08. On hold 45 minutes. Was told that there was indeed a real person named Michelle Albright and they would put me on hold as she was busy with another customer. Checked back twice to tell me she would be right with me, then guess what? Disconnected yet again. Still no trial product, still no automatic shipment product, $79 poorer and the website for the product seems to have dissappeared! What a shame that Josh Bezoni is allowed to rob people $79 at a time! Perhaps Entrepeneur Magazine and Oprah should have done a little more research into how he made his millions before they recognized him. Silly me for letting down my guard once. Stop this thief!

They charged my Charge card twice for a product that I didn't order all I orderd was the trial bottle for 3.95. They are nothing but scammers.

I got a free trail and i would like to cancel my order because i just wanted to try the product and do not want to get anymore of it.

On 1/12 09 I ordered the ACAI Berry Edge from a GNS, Inc. web site. The offer was a free bottle for the price of shipping ($3.97). When I received the package I found that two bottles were sent with an invoice for $34.95 per bottle plus the shipping charges of $3.97. Being the pacifist, I did nothing and accepted that I had made a great mistake in ordering from this company. I tried the product and it had no helpful effect for me. I was left with one unopened bottle to stair at as a rememberance of a great mistake.

Today, 2/28/09, I found that there is a deduction of $69 that I had no idea where it was from. After calling my bank I found that this deduction is another from the GNC Inc. for two more bottles od ACAI Berry Edge. I called the company and politely asked them why I had been billed for the first amount and now for this amount. Basicly, they told me that it was in the fine print! They agreed to take me off their list but refused to refund my money for unused bottles of the product. They said I could exchange but refunds are not allowed.

This company is aparently deceiving it's customers. They know what they are doing! Please be warned and inform others!
