i recently ordered a free trail sample of the acai berry edge product from the gns website. i was only responsible for the shipping fee of $4.09. when the product arrived the shipping slip indicated that i was a vip club member and that my order would not be complete until my credit card was charged an additional $82.22. i at no time joined there club nor did i authorize an additional charges.

after days of trying to contact the company by phone (only to get a busy signal or no answer at all) i phoned my banking institute and put a block on any future charges from their company.

i emailed gns indicating the info above and requested they take me off of their vip club membership and to respond to the email to confirm. i have yet to get a response.

by the way, i have been taking the free sample (????) product for 3 days now and i have yet to feel any extra energy nor have i lost any weight even though i am following the instructions that were enclosed with the product.

note to self...nothing is free. this company should be shut down and forced to return all monies that were given to them!!!

can not get through there phone lines always says they are busy and this co puts you on auto shipment for there products and charge you credit cards, cant get them to stop. very miss leading in adds do not order from the

Ordered product online on Jan. 19th, 2009. Received package of 2 bottles on Febr. 4, 2009. Noticed on the statement that my acct would be charged the full price of $79.90 to complete payment on Febr. 9, 2009. That gave me 5 days to see if the product worked for me. They even stated in their spliel that no 2 bodies were alike so not everyone would respond to this product. Thats why they allowed you to return it and get another product. Lets face it, no product works that fast in losing weight except euthanesia medications. I wanted to try it and they used Dr. Oz's name in their profile. Dr Oz might want to check into this because he said the Acai berry worked, not their product. I Attempted to get the required 'Return Autho' number, which can only be received by calling, not online, and started with 48 calls ahead of me. Their message even states the call waiting is so long email them and they will respond, but you can only get that RA number to send your bottles back with a human answering the phone and giving it to you. Before I could even challenge them about the month trial time my bank acct was debited at 4:30 am Monday Febr. 9th. After 1 hour and 20 min, my call went through and I was assured that if I put my Return Authorization number on the package, mailed it by return confirmation through UPS, or other qualified mail service, made sure the product got to them in ther hands on or before Febr. 18, 2009, 5 days later I would receive a credit to my bank acct. Upon research with my bank, even though the charge is pending and will not go through until after midnight, to protect myself with no other charges, and to get some of my money back, I must cancel that debit card and be issued a new one, wait until their charge goes through and submit a challenge to the charge with the bank and be repaid by the bank for my stupidity. In lieu of my "idioso" ideas, it might behoove people who like to order online and throw caution to the wind, open up a specific acct plus a debit card with just a small amount of money in it to attempt these things. I will not subject myself to this much torture again, but by all means, don't let my experience stop you, maybe they were legit but be aware. During the conversation with the human belonging to this business and at the acclaimed location, the company was in the middle of transferring its offices, really understaffed and phone answering times were exceedingly long. Hmmm, the words 'transfering locations', always sounds ominous to people wanting to be credited for mindless purchases.
